I love finding the right colors for hair. But that's cause I like making minute changes in hue, saturation, and lightness. I don't use that color wheel.

Corel Paint Shop pro. Most drawing programs will allow you to mess with colors like that though. I found that just using the single colored hair colors work really well sometimes as well. The closest color I got to easter was a singular color.
I keep a list of colors in my Runway thread xD

I like how it automatically changes the hue while lightening the colors, it's an effect you can't make as easily with the bi-color hair sometimes.
