I hope you have fun with your Santa duties and Santa gifts! I didn't want to participate in too many winter Events, because I never know when I'm going to be leaving for a spontaneous holiday dinner or things of that ilk. I'd feel irresponsible, since I can't always be near the computer.

ah, i am liek that, but I can guarentee to be able to stay up and talk ,and in the morning for five minutes.

I play cello, do you play an instrument?

I actually used to play the flute fairly well, but I gave it up over four years ago. I miss it, actually-- it was a fun instrument. I could play songs from "The Phantom of the Opera" to Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody."

I've been playing cello for 2 plus 4 plus 2....so eight years now.... wow...anyway...yeah, last two is on and off since college.

That's wonderful! And a long time, too; 8 years is much longer than I've ever lived in any one place. :P

Do you like rock, at all? There's this group, Apocalyptica, which has actually done Metallica on four cellos. It's all of the older Metallica stuff, which still actually has some merit.

It's really interesting. The second track on the CD I have is my favorite.

I have acutally seen apacolyptica live in chicago, it was nice, and i like path the best.

That's really awesome! Those are the sorts of shows I would go to, if I could convince any of my friends to go with me. For most instrumental/ cabaret/ goth shows, though, I have only one friend who's willing to go. And she's a busy sort of person.

I don't know any of the band members well by reputation; just the music. I've always been that way. :P

yeah, one of my firends did it, and I wish I had time to go back again, I want to see dragonforce too, apcoalyptica though was amazing and worth every penny of it. I have three friends who have gome to concerts with me, one though always makes time so it is better, though we had to miss dragonforce due to finals.

It's not something I get into a lot, but I have a few friends who are really into it. :)

I do like symphonic metal, but it is a bit liek my like for techno than rock.

You know, I'm not sure if that would help. People tend to get discouraged if they don't see the bar moving up some, and therefore donate less.
