Freaking Machinima....because the Streamy awards (an award show that honors web content...kinda like the Grammys but for online people) contained content of theirs they blocked the show on youtube even though it was freaking streaming on youtube last night. I was watching it and halfway through BOOM blocked....what freaking idiots!!!!! It's an award show honoring wed content including youtubers that was streaming on youtube last night....

Also, let's trying irl idiots....chemistry class...the problem says "On the periodic table, Group 2A, Peroid 2 is which element?" Somehow this genius girl in my class thought that the question wanted her to answer Li and Be even though Group 2A, Period 2 corresponds with Be only....and now she can't understand why it's not Li and Be.....*bashes head into laptop* What is wrong with these people?!?!?!

It annoys me how many things get blocked that really has no reason to be blocked.
I'm glad I'm not in school any longer so I don't have to deal with those types, but sometimes it is worse with the people you have to deal with at work.

I try not to be one of them, but sometimes it is just difficult to get along with everyone when you have so many people that you work with.

No, Jeanie, chem class is boring me.

I'm boring myself today & I think I just killed a thread.

Boy, I sure wish I had had the capability of posting while I was sitting in a boring class!

I never had an opportunity to do stuff like that. If the class was too boring I would just take a nap.

I always stared straight at the prof...and then my mind went off on its own.

So it looked like I was very intent in class, when in reality I was somewhere else.

I kept my hair very long & wore it over my eyes most of the time & set against the wall. I'm sure one of the teachers knew that I was sleeping in class, but I was still making good grades so it really wasn't an issue.

In fact I did have one teacher that let me & a friend nap in class because we had the best grades in her class. The guy in front of me stayed awake all the time & failed the class. It was either algebra or geometry class & was right after lunch.
I kept telling the guy to take a nap, but he wouldn't. She made the class very boring & difficult to understand. I just read the book & did all the work in it & had no problems.

Unfortunately, many teachers really don't care.

I sometimes wonder if some teachers don't care or have they been taught not to care.
Seems like everything is so standardized that they take away much of what teacher are there for.
I hear teachers & parents complaining about having to teach what is gonna be on the end of grade test & not being able to teach what they think students need to know.

Well, I have to admit that when I was in school, I was only interested in learning what I HAD to learn to get the grade.

Now however, I just LOVE to read histories, and learn new things...

I like to read too.
I really liked the teachers that tried to make the classes interesting.
