I've never had ginger tea before...

I bought myself some new tea today, I look forward to making some tomorrow for work ^^

I had ginger tea once that wasn't really tea. They sliced up ginger and put it in a tea bag and into the hot water.

I sliced up the ginger I got at the local Korean market, then dried it before grinding it into a powder. I mix in only a half teaspoon.

This was non dried fresh ginger. It was the best.

I've never had ginger tea before. o:

There are many different kinds.

The freshest fresh stuff is way too strong for my taste buds, so that's why I let it dry.

Oh it was so good steeped in hot water though.

I had never thought of that. Now I want to buy a ginger root the next time I head to the store. I think I really need to try making tea like that.
