Yeh they need more staff i feel. Ones who can go through accounts/unfair bannings.
It can take up to 6months to a year for them to come back to you with a response. It's crazy @@

It is really crazy and scary. People put so much time and energy into these accounts and then to just lose it all.

I know, not to mention money.
They should be able to have a fair trial.
There should be something you can do to get an account back where your own RL money has been concerned it just doesn't seem right.

Naw i ended up going out last night coz it was boring and no one was around here lol. Got up to a bit of trouble haha.
