Watching the fire leave her eyes, Yuuichi sighs a bit annoyed at her now. "Angil, you seem to always misinterpret what I'm telling you. I'm not saying that the way your acting is bad, I am merely reminding you of where you came from. Be yourself. Be the girl I met years ago. Because I promise you, I may not send you back, but if you lose yourself....I will kill you." His voice slowly dies away towards the end of his remark, his promise to kill her barely audible. "Now get some rest little one. We will speak of this 'problem' of yours more when I believe you are ready." He turns away from her and opens the door, an illusory fiery heart appearing on the door as he walks out and closes it.

Angil closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Afraid of saying something wrong again, Angil nodded quietly. She could hear something at the end of his sentence but wrote it off. Thank you. She said quietly as he was leaving. Her ears caught notion that he did know something, just as she thought, but let it rest. As he said, he will let her know when she was ready. Angil laid down in the bed, slowly closing her eyes. Her mind trying to keep away from her other self and the whole situation.

Walking back out into the common room yawning a bit, Yuuichi eyes the people around the door, too tired to really care at the moment. He shifts into his fox form and hops up onto a stool then onto the bar itself. After standing on the bar watching the door, he starts to yawn again as he curls up laying down, exhaustion finally catching up to him. Before he falls asleep, he directs his thoughts towards Kiya, hoping she hears him, but not expecting much with the condition his mind is in. If you need me little one, I am resting on the bar counter. Oh and....I'm still really sorry about the blood, I guess I am a bad person after all. As soon as he finishes the though, Yuuichi passes out, his tail curled around his body protectively.

At a lose as what to do with herself now that Yuu-kun had left Kiya reverted to the form she naturally felt secure in, her fox form. But it was in this form that the scent of alcohol and blood nearly overwhelmed the small fox, should have gotten ride of the shirt first she thought looking around at the mess. Most of the things like the first aid kit were cleaned up, but his blood stained shirt was strewn on the ground along with a discarded thread and cup. Seeing as no one else was around she did the quick change into her human form and cleaned up the mess she helped to make, though considering why and how it was made, she had a very good reason. Once the place was cleaned up to her satisfaction she again changed into her fox form and slipped out the back door. She had a feeling Yuu-kun would be busy for awhile.

It was only as she was lazing about in the grass just enjoying the feel of the sun on her reddish fur and the smell of earth and grass that filled her nose when she faintly, very faintly heard Yuu-kuns voice in her mind. "Rest is always the best healer" was all she replied. She had no intentions of disturbing him when he needed rest so badly

Opening one eye as he hears Kiya's faint response, Yuuichi lifts his head slowly, still weak from everything. Aye, it is one of the best. There are some things that are better, but it all depends on the situation. He shivers a bit, even though his fur is keeping him moderately warm, his body temperature lower than usual. Kiya, I was wondering....The reason you helped me, was it out of pity, or that you desire the things I can teach you? As soon as he finishes the thought, Yuuichi starts berating himself for being so forward, knowing that it more than likely came off completely wrong. He lays his head back down on his paws, his body still shivering a bit as he tries to concentrate on where Kiya went.

"There was no pity involved Yuu-kun I helped you because I wanted to, yes I desire the things you teach me, but I would have helped you even if weren't going to teach me anything" she thought actually surprised he would think she had any other motives. Did he think she was heartless? Using him for nothing more then her own gain? Her thought to him had a little more force then she intended, but she was a little offended.

Shrugging it off she headed back to the kitchens, something about his thoughts had given her a feeling that he was weaker then he actually let on, woman's intuition? A fox's instinct? Either way she felt a need to check up on him despite the slight offense she took from his question. Nosing the door open she went out to the bar and spotted the white fox on the counter. In her opinion he looked small and lonely. He needs a cuddle buddy she thought to herself, if she had been in her human form she would have laughed at herself, as it was she still inwardly chuckled. Hopping up on the stool and then to the counter she looked down at the white fox curled up on the bar, and gently nudged him with her nose.

He slowly opens one eye and raises his head slightly at the nudge. I'm sorry, I meant no offense to you. I spoke without thinking, tends to happen when I'm like this. He softly nuzzles against her neck before laying his head back down, feeling like a lead weight attached to his neck. He moves his tail from being wrapped about his body to lay across the counter, waiting to see what Kiya will do. Do you wish to lay here? Or should we lay in an actual bed in our human forms? A little hope for the latter shows in his voice and he growls at himself a bit.

"I have a feeling you would prefer that huh Yuu-kun" she said a teasing lit to her voice as she laid down and curled up beside him. In fox form they were a startling contrast, one a lovely white, the other a red, she didn't think about the fact that it probably looked a little odd if someone looked at the bar and saw two foxes curled up together. "Sides it would help if I had a bed in the first place" she couldn't help adding as an afterthought her eyes wide open and staring at his cute little fox face so different from his human one yet she was quite comfortable with both, even though she hadn't known him that long.

Even though his eyes were closed, the second Yuuichi felt Kiya lay down beside him, he wraps his tail about her. Unable to find the proper words to respond to her, all he manages to do is create an image of him in his human form with a smile on his face, along with his cheeks a tinge red, just like he was feeling at that moment. After a few moments, he finally finds the courage to speak to her again. Why exactly would you need to have a bed, when I already have one? Or were you thinking separate beds, just to torture me more? He opens his eyes for a moment and leans over to softly lick her cheek before returning his head to his paws.

"Well I could lay with you in your bed till your warmer and feeling rested, but do you expect me to sleep with you? And what do you mean by torture Yuu-kun?" she asked sending along with her words a picture of her human face with a confused wide eyed innocent look. The eyes of the little red fox had drifted closed when she felt a quick rasp of his tongue on her check, the equivalent of a kiss on the cheek, if she were human she knew she would have been blushing, another good reason to be in fox form. Her telltale cheeks wouldn't give her away when she was embarrassed.

Right here is ok, hell it will have to do. I doubt I have the energy to get back to my room, much less shift back into human form. But with you beside me, I think I will live. If anything, I'm definitely starting to warm up. He nuzzles closer to Kiya, enjoying the company, and thinking in the back of his mind how awkward the two of the must look. Kitsune from two completely separate upbringings laying together. As for the torture comment.....let's just say its a good thing your innocent. Using his tail, Yuuichi gently rubs Kiya's side with the tip, before placing it back the way it was to help her stay warm as well.

"Well I could always carry you up to your room in my human form, I'm sure your bed is a lot more comfortable then this cold bar" she thought still baffled by his comment, torture? how would that be torture it was a question she would have to store away till later when she had time to think about it. A feather light touch made her stiffen as his tail ran along her side, she wasn't sure what to do. Without waiting for a reply from him she hopped off the bar, a clean drop to the floor and changed into her human form, he looked so much smaller now then when they were both foxes. When they were both foxes he was the larger one, but in human form she had no difficulty picking him up and cradling him against her. he's like a warm fuzzy baby she thought with a giggle. "Where's your room Yuu-kun?"

At the sudden feeling of being picked up, Yuuichi shakes a bit, until he notices that Kiya had picked him up. He turns his head up to look at her and rolls his eyes, nuzzling against her chest. That curious now are we? My room, its in the back, last door on the left. The door should be unlocked, I have never had much reason to lock it before. He continues leaning up against her, enjoying the warmth coming off of her and the sound of her heart beat.

Oh ha ha ha I just figured you would be more comfortable there" she teased, unless people knew she was actually having a conversation with the cute little fox cradled in her arms she was sure she looked like a crazy person just spouting random sayings. Running her hand along his back she followed his directions toward his room, like he told her the room wasn't unlocked and the room looked fairly comfortable. She debated on whether she should shift back into her fox form and curl up around Yuu-kun, or stay in her human form on hold him on her lap keeping him warm that way. A yawn settled the matter for her and she shifted into her fox form after setting him down on the bed and curling up against him. "Hm you were right this is much better" she said enjoying the softness of the bed and his warm form curled up beside her.

Yuuichi looks at her for a moment as she lays down beside him in her fox form. He glances around his room, stopping to stare at black leather armor in the corner, thinking about the time he spent as a mercenary. You see, now that we are back here in a comfortable bed though, I don't like the idea of being in my natural form. This bed is much more comfortable in human form. He hops off the bed, landing a bit wobbly and walks around to a side where she can't see him. He forces what little strength he has left to return to his human form and changes clothes quickly, a bit embarrassed. He lays down in the bed, slipping under the covers and reaches over, gently stroking her fur with his right hand. "Much better."

Kiya's eyes followed the fox until he disappeared out of sight, the next moment he was a human crawling into bed. Her eyes fluttered closed as he started stroking her fur it really was relaxing. but his comment struck her was a bed really more comfortable as a human? Was there really any difference? Made her curious she wanted to see, jumping off of the bed she changed into her human form getting a good look at the state of her clothes for the first time. "I think I need a bath"she said wrinkling her small nose, the shirt had dirt and stains, the pants were clean though baggy and held up by a belt. The bed beckoned though. It can wait a little can't it? at the very least she wanted a quick wash and a new shirt, she didn't want to dirty his bed

Noticing the way she looked at her clothing, Yuuichi points to the closet across from his bed. "There should be a shirt in there big enough to cover as a night shirt for you. You can worry about the bath for when you wake up." His face turns a little red as he looks at her, still embarrassed for thinking she is cute. He lays his head back, stretching a bit as he glances back over at his old gear. "By the way Kiya, must you really torture me so with your overwhelming cuteness?"

"Well yes I suppose I can do that, though I would rather not make your bed all messy. Guess it could always be washed though" she commented more to herself then to him heading to his closet she pulled out a large shirt making sure he wasn't looking she tugged her shirt off and quickly slipped the other one on. The large shirt bagged even more then the other one did covering all the way to her knees, making her wonder if the pants were necessary anymore, she really wasn't quite used to wearing them yet. Shrugging she crawled into the bed next to him pants and all. "Overwhelming cuteness?" she asked arching an eyebrow. He was right about one thing, the bed was a lot more comfortable in human form it made her want to slip out of the pants and feel the sheets against her legs but she didn't suddenly the nearness of him was overwhelming and she found herself blushing

As he feels her lay down in the bed, Yuuichi turns and smiles happily. Watching Kiya blush a bit, he loses the fight against his compulsion and ends up leaning over towards her, kissing her softly, before moving back to his back. "Soft..." His face turns a deep crimson as he stares up at the ceiling, slowly starting to drift off. He reaches over tentatively and pulls Kiya closer to him, trying to hold her close so that she can keep him warm.

By now she figured he was asleep, her fingers drifted up and touched her lips, it was a light kiss and had happened quickly, but it was her first. The blush that had come to her cheeks since getting into bed with him, and only flaring brighter at his kiss still hadn't faded. Her mind was a whirl of confused thoughts and emotions she wasn't sure what he meant by soft, must have been something about his bed. She liked him wanted to be near him, but when she was near him all she felt was these strange feelings she didn't know what they were and the kiss hadn't helped. Suddenly she wished she were a fox instead they didn't feel all these emotions those she could handle, but as much as she wanted to revert to fox form she didn't instead she wanted to turn over and curl up closer to him. Well he's asleep I can't get pushed away right? without giving herself much time to think she gave into her impulse and rolled over in his arms and curled up closer till her head was nuzzled comfortably against his chest and she was near pressed against him.

He smiles overjoyed as he feels Kiya get closer to him. He winces slightly as she lays against his chest, the added pressure making him feel every last stitch. Yuuichi kisses her forehead softly before closing his eyes. "Sleep well, little one. I will see you in the morning." He holds her gently but firmly beside him, enjoying the feel of her beside him, a genuine smile of happiness coming to his face.

Sleep eluded her, her mind determined to keep her awake kept replaying the last day or so for her. Mostly Yuu-kun and all the things that had happened since she met him. But the one thing that kept coming to mind was the event in the forest, and well the kiss that had happened earlier. Her brain was all muddled and it was starting to give her a headache. How could humans stand to feel all these emotions all the time she wondered, it's exhausting. Eventually though sleep overcame her and she drifted off to sleep in the circle of Yuu-kuns arms, she would puzzle it out in the morning.

A young man, about 20, stumbles down the road. Weakened by the sun, EJ stops and rests under the shadow of a nearby tree. Breathing heavily he hopefully looks down the road for any sign of shelter. To his surprise, he actually saw one. A little tavern sitting just off the road. With the last bit of energy he, takes off towards the building. After just a couple of minutes, he was at the tavern's door. Enjoying the shade of the building, he takes a deep breath and flicks his long silver hair over his shoulder. Upon opening the door, he notices a little drama. Wanting only to rest within the building, he walks between the two groups and going straight for the bar. He stands for a moment, looking around for the bartender. Not finding anyone, he vaulted over the bar and searched for a wine glass. He finally found one and vaulted back over the bar, this time sitting on the bar and resting each foot on a stool. He pulled a flask from his hip and poured its content into the wine glass. Soon the glass was filled with a thick, crimsion liquid. EJ attached the flask back to his hip and held the glass elegantly in his left hand. Swirling the liquid, he took a deep breath, taking in the metallic smell. He rested his elbows on his knees, sipping his drink.

EJ, curious of what was going on, slightly looked into the minds of those in front of him. A waves of angry yells storm his mind, causing him to pull out quickly. He rubs his head, trying to ease the pain and processes the glimpses he got. Finally understanding the situation, he looked at the group once again. This is such a mess. Just let the poor child feed. He doesnt want to hurt anyone and no one is in danger. Everyone just needs to chill out. He said coolly, taking another sip of his drink. The child he reffered to was Virsat. Though he looked quite young, he could tell that he has been around much longer than him. Hey catboy, give him some room. The child not yet understands why you are offended. Give it time. He thought directly into Jaden's mind.

Regina seen the person entering while grabbing Virsat and let go. She whirred around quickly to see that there was a newcomer to the Tavern"And you are?"she asked hesitantly?

Opening his eyes and feeling a small weight on his chest, Yuuichi turns his head to look at Kiya's sleeping form. He smiles happily for a moment as he gently lifts her off of him and places a couple pillows in place for her to lay on. As he lets her head down onto the pillows, he starts scanning his room, trying to find the book he had spoken to her about. He slowly makes his way out of the bed trying his best not to disturb her, and ignoring the thoughts going through his mind every time he looks at her. No....that would be wrong, for all I know what she thinks of me could be a miscalculation. She has already admitted herself she does not know much of our race, nor has she been around many. Sighing a bit as he finds the book, he moves over to pull it out of the bookshelf, looking at his armor out of the corner of his left eye the whole time. Walking back to the bed, he gently places the book down beside her with a note attached to it. "Kiya, you looked so peaceful as you slept, I couldn't dare disturb you. This is the book that I told you about, it contains a vast amount of information on the clans and different types of our race. I hope that when you wake you are well rested, but before I try to teach you anything, I wish that you would take the time to learn as much as you can through this book. It is by far more practical than that which I will show you. ~Naoki Korinth" Throwing a sheet over his armor and changing to his normal clothing, without a blood stain, Yuuichi leaves the room.

Shutting the door quietly behind him, Yuuichi heads to the bar, watching a guy hop behind it for a glass then start pouring liquid from a glass into it. Joy....another one....but something seems off with this one. Rolling his eyes he walks behind the bar and stops by the kitchen door, looking over his shoulder at the young man. "By the way, next time have a little patience and someone will get it for you." With that, Yuuichi vanishes into the kitchen, starting to get together ingredients to make some food for everyone.
