You know, I was actually within the healthy weight range when I was in high school, but was just bigger than the other girls because of my bigger bones. I then gained about 10kg after so became truly overweight then, but by then I was more emotionally and mentally healthy. I still need to lose weight now, but that's something for me to work on.

Even when I was in high school my attempts to lose weight were to be healthier and look better, not so much to stop the bullying.

Well, that's right. For the most part, I'm comfortable with who I am, but of course there are improvements I can make which I work on sometimes.
