I am still a Gaian to this day but I have found that being there is more or less a waste of time. Only reason I stay is because of the items I have and my friends."

"I have read that some of you have mules and that's good because of the numerous amounts of people trying to be the "Admins" there to get your gold/items. That is one of the many... problems Gaia has. I'm not sure if they do those chain letters anymore or not since I switched accounts so many times, but around 04 - 05 roughly, those were a major thing."

"The donation items and the evolving items are weak at most. They lack the spark now. Or in the EI's case, to costly for my taste. I mean it is nice to own something that is beyond pricey but when most of the EI's cost about the same, 500 thousand and up.... it gets old fast."

does any one think that gaia events are easier its my first time being around for menewsha events and i find them hard T^T the easiest one is the trick or treat one but yet i have only received one item *sigh* i like how easy gaia events are does any one agree with me

That's because Gaia can afford big events. Menewsha cannot afford to hand out FREE all over the place.

Gaia's events are easier, but I usually think they're kind of boring...this last one has been okay though. But they just seem sorta "meh" to me sometimes. Maybe it's just me though. xD But this time, I like some of the event items. :) Or at least the cape and the umbrella. Not so much with the potato... xD

I joined Gaia around...A long time ago. xDD; It was the first avatar site I'd ever heard of, and I loved it. Over time I kind of got bored and wandered here, to Mene. C: Gotta say Mene is amazing~ The avatars are cute as well as the items, and the community is just awesome! But I've been wandering back to Gaia lately. I can't help it, Gaia is a mother avatar site haha. I'll admit it's irritating when everything is about GC, but some of the items are really nice. I think they come out with too many too fast though. I remember when the evolving items were first released. xD Wasn't it Fausto's Bottle or something like that? I was amazed at how awesome it was to have an item that evolved over time. <3

Actually, this event is different than usual. They're not always this hard. xD They just have to do things differently for a bit while they're working on the new type of events...I think it's coming next year?

We need to join forces and become visible! Well I've made a few more friends over the course of the event, but it's hard to keep up with people afterwords... I guess if I had the time to devote to mene, I would be able to make some kind of contest thread/etc. to lure people in. I've also noticed that the new chatroom is dead now, at least every time I go in. Because I actually thought it was easier talking to a group of people there.

I still post on Gaia sometimes (in fact I just found this website today while looking for other sites like it). Its quality has really decreased over the years though, thus why I'm finally starting to post more on other avatar-related sites.

The only thing I really don't like about it is that the people seem to be unnecessarily mean, especially if you're new there as I've learned through my couple bad experiences way back when I first joined. :(

ok so lately i have been on menewsha more but i dont really get as many replies here as on gaia i cant seem to keep a rp started and i cant find one for me to join that is constant with out a long wait on a reply i like how at least on gaia i ger replies more often but i still do lke menewsha also i just wish i had more people to talk to

Thisd sight is much slower and smaller than gaia, but also I havn't run into any down right rude people here like I have on gaia. I've had sevral gaia accounts, my main one is Hot Lips Seth, and banna Bell. Both I have run rather successful art shops. But I have also stopped playing ion gaia for a time do to rude people or being hacked once. I'm not going to give up my gaia main account, but I like how laid back things are here so far. I have little gold on this account lol, on my gaia I'm a million heir. Maybe If I get my scanner running again I'll start an art shop on here too.

My hubby said something about seeing an ad from Gaia for a Sim City-type of thing?

I've had a Gaia account is 2006. I was really active for the first two years, then after that my interest slowly started to decline. I believe Gaia has become a sell out for everything because of how popular the site is, and how much it's costing to run said site. I notice that the monthly collectibles are just awesome, with the occasional good ones here and there. But in the cash shop, the items are amazing and awesome. What gives, Gaia? Cant save one or two for an MC? /sigh

I'm still on the site, though. Because I'm a huge art buyer for my OC's. Plus, there are a few good friends I have on there that I still want to talk to. I can sense my Gaia account going inactive in the near future. I like Menewsha better, anyways~

It's definitely easier to roleplay in Gaia than here in Menewsha because there's more people. For me, anyway. The problem is a lot of them are all "Quality over quantity, but you should write five paragraphs at minimum because that's how I roll"

One thing I dislike about Gaia though is their poor system of banning.

I have returned to Gaia... it's not as bad as I remember it once being, but then again it is not nearly as good as I thought it was when I was in high school! But that is to be expected, right? XD

I hate how darn... FAST it is. I mean, Mene is slower and it is easier for people to see and reply to your topic, and even though you get faster replies on Gaia your topic will probably be on page two in a couple hours.

I do enjoy what they have added to zOMG, but still don't like the site as a whole :P

I've not bothered with zOMG for months. I enjoy certain areas of it, but I really don't like having to team up with othe people to have much hope of completing some areas.

I tried playing the Coliseum last night, and failed miserably, even though I'm at CL 8.8. :lol: I played on Easy, and died during the capture the flag challenge. Then again, I haven't played ZOMG in months, so I had totally forgotten the buttons I needed to push to prepare and then fight. :lol: FAIL!

I have CL 10 on at least a third of my rings (definitely for all of the rings I actually use). I haven't given the Coliseum a try yet, though. I used to do runs in the alien hive, but I lost interest in zOMG when they messed with the orb drop rates and changed the difficultly settings.

gaiaonline isn't as fun as it used to be everything is all over prices and its way to easy to gain gold especially in zomg items that used to be rare and expensive can just be bought in a snap and i beleive its all because of there whole "cash shop " ordeal and it messes up there gaiaeconimy side of things and its not fair that just any body can come and basicly start looking rich in a short period of time when back in the days it took you forever to save up gold and buy the cool items
