I totally agree! The walmart I applied to was also VERY disorganized, most times I came for an interview they didn't know I was coming! This last time I waited 45 minutes to see these people....like gah! xD

That's just wrong. I would have been really upset. If you are expecting someone for an interview then be ready for them. If you have something going on let them know that. Don't just leave them hanging.

That's another thing that should make them want me, I show no sign of annoyance no matter how much they inconvenience me I'm like" meh, no sweat, I don't mind waiting *smile*" lol and yet lol Most organised interview I ever went to was for the rave cinema, they were expecting me, they were organised, and after it was over straight out told me and the others they weren't hiring us. The other places very informal and disorganised and if they don't want you they just don't call you back..lol

More places just need to be more honest about why they are not going to hire you. Instead of just nothing. That is what drives me insane the most too.
