Oh... i guess she's not REALLY a gold digger but once you reach a certain age, what's the point in getting married...
Or you could go on the price is right and win a new car XD It could happen. All those college kids are on there now. They know whats up. Free stuff, that's what. Hmm, yeah it's kind of hard to plan around something like that that is so, unknown. :/

She also doesn't have the best work history...she has had more jobs than how many years she's been alive. She's had like 6 jobs in two years. (These are the years I have known her...)

I found out almost all psych hospitals now use "chemical restraints". They dope you up rather than tie you up. I came into the place (multiple times) already full of chemical restraints.... of my own doing. I didn't get any more, instead I got tied up. Some people think that's cruel or somehow worse than being drugged into a stupor. At the time, I would have probably rather been drugged, but then I wouldn't have learned anything. Going through withdrawal as a naked human in straps is not something I am likely to forget. Although I have to admit, it took more than once because my head is like a rock and it takes me a while to get it!!
Kimby is human! Kimby is not tied up today! Kimby is not drugged today!

Yay kimby! You're doing good then! One step at a time, right? :)
Chemical restraints. I don't like being controlled. I don't like knowing that I'm so sensetive to meds either. It only takes the smallest dose to work on me. XD

Yeah.
And the thing is...she goes out everyday and she will go shopping, get her hair done, and she's even gotten manicures pedicures! If you don't have a job, you can't do that! Even if you are on unemployment!

Sounds JUST like that woman. Seriously. On unemployment, food stamps, WIC and child support. She's a total leech.

Yeah. Well....I can understand child support. WIC is only available until the child reaches a certain age and I don't know what else.

It's for economics. I have my local/state unemployment rates. I still need poverty rates, median family income (of which I think I have found but only on state level), education levels, health insurance rates, and food security.
My grandfather took some pictures of me in front of them...I don't know how they turned out though.
I wish you luck with your editing! :D
What kind of short story?

oh...my. I wouldn't know where to find information like that. my older brother would though. He's double majoring in business management and economics. He'll be the one in the family making all the green.
cool. those are things people should take pictures of though. that's what I think.
thanks. Its a fantasy piece, ye 12 pages long.

Yeah. So far I have gotten then unemployment rate from the bureau of labor statistics.
And I am currently browsing around the census bureau for other information.
Yeah...I might take pictures before I take my work down.
Ooo...what's it about?!

sounds smart.
good plan.
its based off a dream I had. There's a group of girls in a corrupt orphanage type place who find a labyrinth underneath the building. The main character falls in love with a mysterious man who lures her with ideas of freedom....then he turns her into a puppet when she's finally free of the orphanage. o___o

it is kinda freaky, but apparently not enough. I didn't get enough creep across in the first draft, so editing is very important.

its not really a horror story. what I really need to do is cut out stuff in the beginning so the sudden scary turn at the end has more impact. Throughout the entire story, you think it will have happy ending and that there's no fantastical element to it. the twist needs more BAM to it!

some stories need to fade though. some need to sink heavily into your skin like too much alcohol and others need to smack you in the face...and then dump a bucket of cold water on you.
