Pro: The layering and the colors all look nice.
Con: The background doen't do much for the avatar as a whole.

The water doesn't make sense to me.

Pro : I love the hair color that you've got going on. Plus its a particularly good and unique theme with nice item use.

Con : The boots feel too black to me. You don't really have anything else on the avi that is that dark of black. Also, maybe more to the arms?

Bad: Her arms and neck look a little bare. Maybe add a necklace?

Bad: The mask doesn't seem to fit the rest of the items. Though I do realize why you might have used it

Bad: There needs to be more gold at the feet, and a bit more pink down there as well.

Harsh: The leg warmers add a bit too much white on the legs. I wouldn't change it though because they go with the "cute" theme.

Good: You look like Storm from X-Men and it's just an amazing avatar.
