I am going to do a Clarisse cosplay from the Lupin the 3rd movie I mentioned earlier.
I was going to do Lupin himself but there aren't many items in the right color.

I may change it and do Athena from Appleseed, though.
Or maybe Dunan in her orange outfit.

I saw one of the Appleseed movies at Anime Expo a few years ago. It was annoying because the woman in front of me kept reading (sometimes paraphraing) the subtitles to her young daughter. But I liked the movie well enough.

You roleplay? What kinds do you like to do?

I'm doing a couple of Harry Potter 1x1s. A Snape/Hermione and a Harry/Draco. They're lots of fun!

Snape and Hermione is one of the only non-canon couples I like for that series. Mostly because those two characters are insanely awsome.

I simply ADORE SSHG. I remember the happy days of the WIKTT yahoogroup, before book five came out and Snape was proven to be as nasty a bastard as ever. Have you read the fics over at witchfics.org? My favorite is probably The Fire and the Rose, but Roman Holiday is also awesome. And of course, Pawn to Queen but that'll never be finished.

Estrella almost started a new 1x1 roleplay with someone.
But after talking to the person for awhile, I didn't think we'd actually click.

*snerk* I've had people drop from 1x1s with no warning. I tend to be responsible and follow up with a PM, but it's easier to just let them go and move on. Better to get out early than feel obligated to reply to something you don't enjoy.

Well, it we hadn't even started yet.
It was in the planning that it didn't seem like it'd work out.

I don't think any of my current RPs were really planned. But then again, the pairings have such a long fan history (at least ten years for Harry/Draco I think!) that we're able to kind of wing it.

Back in the day I was really active on fictionalley.org, working behind the scenes as a mod. There's great fiction there, because everything had to be passed through a fic intake system, and stuff would be rejected if it sucked in any way, like grammar or mary sue-ness.
