I found a show the other day called Extreme Cheapskates. It was amazing.

Nah, I don't get scared. I figure this: I'll die one day anyway, if I can't avoid everything its not like I'd fully prevent it anyway :D The mot import thing about sweets the more vitamins and minerals in it the better, because too much sugar (processed white sugar) leaches minerals for digestion and can cause vitamin dificiancy's :D
