Anyway, I really liked this poster so it's pretty much the basis of everything:

The only thing is that instead of some random snake crawling around, I think it'd be cooler to have the
World Maggot instead. I'm thinking it could be coming out of the empty eye socket and going towards the left.
I'd also want it to be a full skull instead of just the eye sockets and cheek bones. The skull would of course be cracked, bloody, and fucked up in general. I'm thinking it'd be cool to keep the teeth the way they are and have the rest of the mouth open with a rotting tongue sticking out and little band members running around in it or goofing off on top of the skull. Maybe have them trying to destroy it lol I think that'd be adorable.
And just like, blood and guts all over the thing in general.
