I don't understand how different a dagger vs a sword is though... especially when involving stealth

Well, in Oblivion... not much. But in Skyrim there's perks that make using a dagger waaaay more effective, sneak attacks with a dagger do 15 times normal damage.

Really anything until then is fine, but if you're going with stealth, that's why daggers and bows are the best! For melee, yeah, i recommend swords, cause they swing the fastest.

I think my biggest problem is the lack of quick swapping :(
I want to equip both and be able to switch between them

I feel her pain! They look awesome, and I've always loved Final Fantasy... but really? You already have to pay 60 bucks to buy the game and have a good enough system or computer to play the games on, plus paying for internet, then they wanna charge 15 dollars just to play it? ... it's dumb

Yeah I know it, it just sucks. Cause ya know, everyone is just made of money and whatnot!
I stick to older games that you buy and can play however often you want. *nods*

the only game that I've wanted to play and bought,
is Ni No Kuni, and technically I bought it for the American, but I play it more than her.
I'm one battle away from beating the game.

Ah, well that sounds like a cool game! Anything that's free to play can't be that bad! XD
Haha, I like how that works sometimes. I've had that happen before with a friend of mine, she got me a game, and then I never even got to play it cause she'd never share! XD

It's not free to play, as you have to actually buy the game, but it's not pay to play at least.
Plus as part of the community I'm helping them develop it with ideas. ^^ They're independent of a company so the community is their "client"

Ever heard of Ultima Online? It was made by EA and was the first MMO created. It was Lord British's idea to try it and it was a hit, giving us the chance to have MMOs across the world :D
It's far from underground. They're trying to get it as much publicity as they can.

Pretty good graphics for a game not made by a huge company!
With me, I've just never like MMO's cause I don't like playing games with other people... cause most of them are douche bags! XD

It's made by one of the most well known game developers in the world. Unfortunately, modern kids have never heard of him :(
Well you'd love SotA then, because you can play ONLINE, but have nobody loading into your "instance".
Or you can play with just your friends/their friends
Or you can play with everyone.
