XD I could just hear you saying, "It'd better be a MacBook Pro! Or else!"
But, no, it's a Toshiba Satellite. Nice little computer, actually. 3GB RAM, 230GB hard drive, dual core processor...The only real flaw is that it has Vista installed. I'm going to uninstall it and reinstall XP.
Oh, and it runs a little hot, so I have to have it on a cooling pad...but with the cooling pad, it runs for hours no problem. :3

@leenie: I haven't slept in 3 days. Shhhhh. I was reading old English last night, I'm throwing e's on everything. Olde, Shoppe, and so forth xD (even if the e is not needed). I also started talking Shakespearean earlier. I think I may need some sleep.

Should I start a new list or just continue editing my 2008 but start over the numbers underneath with 2009 books?

@Tireth - We'll miss you!

@Melissa - I'm not sure what you are asking . . . did you start in the middle of the year or are you asking if you should finish the books on your '08 list compared to carrying them over? . . .

@Bishielurfer - Yup. That one. ^-^

The thing with Vista is that you can't downgrade it the normal way. You have to replace the hard drive and install XP on a new hard drive. Vista is retarded like that. Although, hopefully the next OS is not as bad (they always pattern good, flop, good, flop; like it went Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP (anomaly as it was good), Windows Vista (sucks massively) )

That's why I have a Mac ~
But it's an old mac :(

I started in the middle of the year last year and now I'm wondering if I should start a new list so that it is easier to remember the start and end date?

Only if it really bothers you, Lilith. D=

I decided to makeover my challenge. I read too much already and even upping the amount of books in challenge was too ... easy.

So, I'm making a special challenge for 2009. But, I just thought of it this morning so it'll take me a day or two to write it up. Also I wanted to still participate in the last day of the event.

I did, however, just finish Merril Markoe's book Walking in Circles Before Lying Down. It took me a bit to warm up to the book, and only stuck with it because of her reputation and how much I'd liked her other work. (Part of this is because the book is written in first person, which I dislike if it's not a genuine memoir.) I was rewarded as the second half of the book was soooo much better than the first. I would recommend it to anyone who likes pets, you don't have to be a dog person to like this book, as I am not one and just loved that second half.

Gah, I just finished the The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and I nearly threw it across the room when at the back it said something like "The Girl Who Played with Fire will be released in early 2009". Thankfully, it actually comes out next Thursday. I was worried I would have to learn Swedish.

I was thinking about actually posting my list albeit extremely belated. I didn't think I would be able to stick with the challenge back in September and I didn't want to take up room with a list with two or three books on it. :/

I'm going to shorten my time to finish my challenge by a month.
Then I can end it on my birthday ^^

Aluant - Sorry I was confusing wasn't I? XD It's okay, Kitami, answered what I was asking.

Kitami - n.n Yeah. I should probably do that too. Probably easier for Knerd to keep track of.

Melissa:: Yeah, easier for her to keep track of, and (no offense to people who've made a new list ^^;;) making a new list seems kind of silly when you have a list already that's perfectly fine and dandy.

Oh, you're reading Twilight! I read it a couple of months ago. It's one of those unfortunate books that I read after I stopped updating my other list 8'D
