Night Chii!

This isn't exact because I do judge a lot of it by eye. (mostly for color and texture, everyone likes it mixed differently)

Mix two blocks of low fat cream cheese (I tend to use store brand) and about a bag and a half of melted milk chocolate chips together in a freezer safe bowl, It should be soft and creamy (prefer metal bowls it'll keep everything chilled longer when you have to take it out). Freeze it for at least a few hours, overnight works best because it's a bit less messy that way.

Roll the filling into balls and lay them out on a tray, (I been meaning to try a melon ball scooper but never bought one yet). You'll probably need to chill them again before you cover them.

Melt one bag or so of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a pot a little at a time and roll the balls of filling in them until completely covered. Lay them out on a baking sheet to harden (may need to cool in fridge to fully harden). It works best if you put a sheet of wax paper on the baking sheet.

This makes around six to eight dozen small truffles. (one-two bite(s) sized truffles)

I'm working in a Bank. Yeah I know... sounds boring already huh? XD

But yes, it isn't the most interesting of jobs. I see and write reports day after day in the loan department. Basically, I am the person who prepares the write-up for businesses who want loans.

What about how? Are you working / studying?

I'm not sure if I'd find that boring or not, I actually love working with reports. Sadly i'm still looking for work, can't find much around here.

Haha. I could be biased since I have been doing this for 3 years-ish.

What kind of line of work are you looking for?

Yeah. Job market is slowish in certain countries. Guess I should not be complaining much.

I'm trained to be a correctional officer, very good with computers (did phone tech support for a bit) but at the moment i'm looking for anything with good hours, even a nice quiet back shift labor job.

i have bookshelves in my windows so i don't look out of them.
i have a fear of someone looking back at me durring day orr night,
equally freaks me out.
the only mirror i have is in the bathroom.

I don't mind the day, but I'm afraid of what might look in at night. I have a blanket over the bedroom window and I won't go into a room until I turn the lights on.

and then one of the kitties will look down the hallway all freaked out like.

then i stay up all night worrying about an ax murderer coming down the hall to chop us up to little bittie pieces!
