Yeah, i'm pretty sure that is a dog's paw. The fur is different than a cats. At least it seems so to me.

And I prefer dogs. I think people get too obsessed over cats. Honestly they're both neat, but I have a dislike to be around people that prefer cats sometimes, because I think they go a little psycho. lol People act dorky with cats around or just the subject. Its weird.
