hm....I can't cook anything even if it comes in a box. I even ruined a frozen pizza. It's because I'm technologically challenged and couldn't figure out how to use my mom's oven. *fail*

I'll go back tomorrow if they're open on weekends. I'll just have to do with the myths I can find. But one of the chapters I have to read is called "The rape of mother earth". I don't think I'll find that set of stories elsewhere. O.o

sounds like your food would be amazing! I um....come from a mom that was a farmer and a dad who doesn't ever cook except grilling. I have no interest in cooking and it's never really been something my family as a whole is big on.

Ah, my parents had a desire to run a ranch (which is exactly what they did when they brought me to the States when I was four). Among caring for everything, I and my siblings learned to cook from my family. Who basically lived at our house since they rarely went home. But it's a bit of a curse now since I'm usually begged to cook for everyone else.

ah, a ranch. Those are a lot of work from what I know. An old friend of mine grew up on one. But that's what you get for being good at something! No one ever begs me for stuff though so I must not be good at anything. haha! XD

I was almost literally dragged all over the city today. And the city's big! My feet are killing me... and it's hot as hell outside, and worse in the city with all those PEOPLE...

But at least you weren't lost in the big hot city.

Close enough... Gah, it was ridiculous.. But at least on the ride home the sky was so... strange. A mix of gray and blue and yellow-orange-pink and white... Not bad at all.

hm, sounds like a tiring day, Tachi. That sky sounds great. I love when the sky does weird things. I once saw a dark purple night sky with a red moon. creepy, neh?

humidity is a bitch. I'm glad to be somewhere with dry heat, but the altitude is high so the sun feels twice as hot. in the end its just about as hot whether I'm home or at school.

Orange moons are common around here for some reason. And big ones, really big moon, and very low in the sky.
Huh, well you have to expect humidity when one lives by the ocean. It's kind of a thing... I'm just still not used to it, not in the least!

Orange moons and such must depend on the area... And I like living near the ocean. I miss it ..

I hate oceans for the most part *wrinkles nose* and they smell so icky!
