Really? My arms are always more tired than my legs, but then again I can't swim half a mile XD

well this week's workouts have been very leg intensive >.<

Cas doesn't start working out until late September @D@ but she's moving around more since her work started up so she should lose some weight that way ^^

why not start working out now? o.O yami has to for work, ish mandatory

It's way too hot and I don't like being outside alone in the mornings and evenings, it scares me >> Also my boyfriend won't go with me cause apparently sitting in an office all day makes him too tired...

Bah, I'd rather work out in a gym where I can use equipment specifically designed for the areas I want to work out than run around in my town and worry about everyone I pass. If I have to wait a month to do that, I'll do that.

the more you put it off now the more excuses you'll end up making when the gym is around.... and I say this from experience, I do it myself often >.>
