I try to be non-human if I can. If they're human then...well, I can't really remember how I roleplay humans.

The staff on Mene are the best of any avatar site I've been on. <3

I've only been on two avatar sites, Gaia and Menewsha, and I agree with Vinyl...Mene staff actually get to know the other users and interact in the forums...

I agree with you, Ling. Gaia also became really money hungry, where nearly everything needed to be bought with real money. And there were a lot of preteens who were unusual vulgar.

Yeh, I heard about that division not that long ago...glad I left when I did.

I know Gaia staff are mostly power-hungry and like to do power shows by banning people they don't like or based on false accusations...so it was annoying.

I had only heard of the exclusive benefits/items and stuff that the people who paid with real money get...that are worth heaps in the marketplace there. So when I said division I was more referring to the division in status between paying users and non-paying users.

I have actually seen a mod power hungry, whenever there is an incident mods generally like to keep the details private between the user and the mod.

Worse things I have ever seen are the jokes jelly does to mods, and I have seen one incident were I was teasing a mod and they put something silly in my signature xD.

I've been on pretty much every other avatar site going ha. I worked on three, and was active on about 6 at different points from 09 to now. I'm really sad that Kinsaki died though, that site was great back before the crashes. D;

@Ling: Oh. Yeah. I was sort of middle-class back then, but towards the end I began becoming more and more 'poor' because the new stuff kept inflating and all.

Yeah, I could totally see that happening...as someone who had not paid in real money for anything on Gaia, I imagine if I had stayed I'd still be poor, even if I managed to keep all the items...which the loss of due to a glitch on my account was what caused me to leave.

I haven't donated to an avatar site in months. I'm planning getting a set of items on here when I get paid in a couple weeks though :')
