I did make a pumpkin trifle for our family dinner & made up some small ones to give as gifts.
I used pumpkin bread in mine instead of gingerbread. It turned out really good.

Haha, I made monkey bread for the first time for dessert. It turned out pretty good.

According to my brother, it apparently it tasted like Pizza Hut cinnamon sticks.

I made the cinnamon sugar kind.

I used those tubed biscuits instead of making the dough to save time and it turned out pretty nice.

It is really nice. Next week will be the same way.
Monday is my normal day off, then Tuesday is the holiday & I took today & next Wednesday off. So I get 2 nice long breaks in a row. I need them after the way we have been working. Also I needed to use up some leave we can only carry over so many into the next year & I think I am close to the maximum that you can carry over. I need to find out exactly how many we can have.

I really liked it. Assuming I made it right (since this was my first time making and eating it), it has kind of a neutral kind of taste, and I think is suppose to have gravy to go with it, but we didn't have any. I still loved it though.
