I'm great! Just finished sitting through the Golden Globes, now it's time to relax and as odd as it sounds, start planning my Halloween costume. >>;

That's so true! Haha. I try to go all out for it every year, so it's a long time of planning and purchasing items for it in order to not have to spend so much money at the last minute.

It wasn't bad. Lots of well deserved awards went out, and it just made me more and more frustrated that The Artist isn't showing anywhere near me yet.

I used to do that all the time! xD Now it's all about strategy. That and the fact that some of the items I need aren't always deemed fall items in stores.

The Artist is a black and white silent film that was released in late November... but it was a limited release so it didn't hit all theaters in all areas. I'm still waiting desperately for the wide release because it just looks so good... and it doesn't help that it's been nominated for pretty much any and every award that it's eligible for at each awards show.

It's a good plan! I think all I have to postpone this year are the wig and the contacts. The rest should be available shortly.

It's supposed to be, and I do enjoy a lot of older films... and as it's a throwback to a good deal of them I'm really excited about it!

And I'm going to be Joan Jett this year! The past few years I've done variations on the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland and I think it's time to change things up a bit
