@Jean - Yeah, knowing what these poor people go through daily, I'm always nice to the people who wait on me. It seems counter-productive to be otherwise. Then you make them defensive and angry and you're angry and nobody's happy. What's the point?

@Nemo - Well, I have roman shades, then lace curtains, then another set of curtains up and it takes a bit of tugging to get the other curtains open, but leave the lace ones in place so nobody peeps at me while I change. :sweat:

My kitty is being adorable. He's been sleeping in mum and dad's room all day but he gets up from time to time to get something to eat and when he walks past me he rubs his head on my leg. I love this cat!

@Nemo - Yeah. It is annoying. And the holes in the wall to hold in the roman shades are actually too big for the screws, but not big enough for screw anchors, so if I'm not careful, I can pull the stupid shade right off the wall. So I always have to be super careful with them. So annoying!

My puppy has abandoned me! She hasn't come up to see me at all!

Well, it depends on the size of my place! But for some reason I'm totally in love with Newfoundlands. Even though they're huge. WE had a friend who had a Newfoundland, and he was the SWEETEST dog ever! :heart:

Wow, that is a big dog. But dogs are like people, they all have different personalities, so you can get a sweet any kind of dog. Not chihuahuas though, they're mean XD

But see, it all depends on what size apartment/house I get. That's my dream dog, doesn't mean I need it right away. Lol.
Yeah, my friend's dog, was one of those dogs that you could talk to and you got that feeling that he understood everything that you were saying.

My friend had a chihuahua and it was mean. My family's always had Boston Terriers. They're good dogs, energetic and smart, mostly. My brother got a super energetic Boston, but he's not very smart. ^_^;;

@Nemo - One of our Bostons went deaf near the end there. She was also senile, so she'd wander off, but then you couldn't call her name cause she couldn't hear you and she could barely see you. Having a deaf dog is hard.

Cookie: Oh, I can imagine. Genna - my friend's dog - can kind of hear clapping, so that's one way of kind of getting her attention. I'd be the one to try to teach my dogs sign language if they were deaf. I'm the mental ASL student here (my major is Deaf Studies)! :lol:
