In todays world is it ever actually safe to come out?

I don't think we would have too many children left then. They just keep getting worse and worse. Though Krampus may be scared of a few of those monster/children.

Welp It's what they believed. In some areas of Austria and Germany Krampus is still a part of festivities. Dec 6 there is called Krampusnacht. :)
