wifi: we use computers until they die or we have to upgrade. P: we still keep the old stuff though
I'm excited! it's an intel and not a power PC, plus it's newer (but not brand new) so it'll be pretty fast!

@Momo: I'd be kinda scared if my laptop died. Which it actually did once and I lost everything. Which is why I now have an external hard drive. I got it fixed but I'm slightly more scared that it'll do it again. ><
What's the difference between an intel and a power PC?

power PC is what the old computer ran on. I don't know all of the differences, but I do know they are hardier and last a long time. Intel is what computers run on now and EVERYTHING uses intel, where as Power PC has lost support since it's old. It's faster as well since it's newer. But power PC can still run fast and beautifully. You just have to find the right computer.

Yeah, at some point I plan on getting an computer, as opposed to a laptop.
Though that probably won't happen till this one dies. XD

I know next to nothing about the inner workings of computers. I know how to download stuff, what a hard drive is, and how to use USBs to save stuff in, but tell me to try and fix a broken computer and I'd just stare at it blankly.

Laptops are awesome! I'm really fond of grandma's since I can sit on the bed with it an dbe comfy. But desktops tend to be better P:

Desktops are better because they don't burn out as easily. xDDD

Dan: my mom can't fix it if a piece breaks off, but she is very good at figuring out how to make a computer run again if it gets a nasty virus or is wiped out!

I'm bad at getting rid of viruses too. I only know how to download those free anti-virus programs and let them run.

My mom usually load Linux on the computer if she can't get the computer to run the old system it used to. o3o

I'm the same as you, dan. I don't know how to fix a computer xP two or three years ago I figured out how to download stuff correctly and save pictures and things xD

Ctrl + Y is the opposite of Ctrl + Z. xD

ctrol + z = delete, and cntrl + y = restore? o3o
