Well it'd be too easy to spam in another language to of course it'd be important to keep it local.
Though I'm sure if enough mods were fluent in that language it could potentially become allowed elsewhere?

We'd need enough constant mods who were fluent. The staff has changed more then once if those mods that were fluent left and the ones who stayed were not fluent we'd be back at issues.
