I enjoy baking and the computer.

I also know how to churn my own butter and make my own ice-cream!
My children all work in different countries, So I'm basically alone. And when I feel really alone I come on here.

baking is fun, I have baked with my grandma before it is kind of fun. Other then me being scared of hurting myself with the beaters and burning myself with the oven...

Well it's very complicated at times... and I don't know how to bake Chocolate-Coconut-Banana Macaroons.

It's really confusing.... So I recommend not trying it....

Haha. I would love to try defeating that one day. I know how to make souflee...I just decided I didn't enjoy the taste.

I don't know how to make a lot of things! 8D I obnly know how to make some sandwiches, make a bowl of cereal, top ramon, um heat up a lot of stuff on the stove, and microwaveable stuffs. XD

Hey, guys. Sorry I came in and then disappeared. I was saying good byes to my friends through facebook. I know I will get to talk to them every day through facebook, but I is still sad that I won't get to see them every day at school any more. *sad face*

I can make anything you give me a half-decent recipe for. I enjoy to cook, but I don't do it very often.

*huggles* It's ok. It is for the best that I go. I will miss them, but I have learned that several of them are going to the same university as me by next year. So it's not that sad any more.

It definitely sucks to go into a situation with absolutely no friends whatsoever. I'm glad you've got some to do so with. It makes making new friends much easier.

in almost all of my classes (college) I've gone in knowing no one. It's a great way to make a new start and meet people. Even if you don't make new friends, you're there for the education anyways :P But I like to keep an open mind when I go to a new class with new people. I like going to new places, it's a good experience.

My college is online. I do not have to worry about any of that stuff.

It's wonderful to go into a place where nobody knows anybody. You get to be who you want to be, not what others wish you were and have come to think you are.

I like knowing at least one person when I go to a new place, although I find that I try harder to meet people when I don't know anyone. So maybe that's a good thing? :lol:

Ah. Yeah. Ely is really comfortable with herself, so being on her own and adventuring out into the world doesn't bother me. I prefer to just be able to meet the people I want to meet and hang out with them.

Sometimes it's hard when people don't want to open up to you. But I tend to open up more if they do the same. In my speech class, our speeches were often about something about ourselves, so we were kind of forced to open up and it kind of boosted my confidence with those people. Sometimes you have to put yourself out there and hope for the best.

I don't talk about myself much unless it's with the family or here online. I prefer to let others do the talking in the beginning of relationships if it's at all possible. That way I can judge how well they fit with me and/or if they're just shitty people.
