Yeah, it's been slow here all week since my boss has been gone. On one hand, I like that he's on vacation. On the other hand, I've been kind of bored and unmotivated to do much of anything. :(

I'm a terrible employee. I'm unmotivated ALL the time, lol. I just don't feel like writing tech documents today. That's the bulk of my extra work if I'm not fixing someone's problem.

Anything exciting planned for the weekend?

hahhaha. I'm pretty unmotivated most of the time too, but many times I have stuff that just HAS to be done ASAP, so I don't have much of a choice. XD

Oh, my weekend will probably be boring. Eroy and her bf have been working on their house so much that I never see them. I hope they take some time off to go to the drive-in with me this weekend. They were talking about going earlier this week. I think Hancock & the X-Files are playing on one of the screens, so I'd be totally excited to go see that.

Other than that, probably not much. I'll go on my morning walks, probably play some Soul Calibur... watch bad movies maybe... XD

No, we didn't return the pos. We sent it in to get fixed, however I don't want it anymore. My brother can have it if he wants, or my parents can have it since they would only really use it to check their email or something. They don't exactly have much need for a computer and it would just sit in one place so due to lack of use, nothing can possibly happen to it. And my brother already has his own computer.

And no. My grandmother is buying it for me, and I'm going to be paying her back like she's my credit card company or something xD

McDonald's sucks. I need a new job. 45 hours, and I only got 260 dollars >> Ugh. Totally not enough for me to pay what I need to pay for and have a social life >>

On Friday night I might go see a friend of mine play at a place called Oldfather Inn. They have a band and have been playing the local scene for about a year now and I haven't gone once (I'm so bad). It'll be fun. I went out last weekend and primed my system since it has been a while since there was any alcohol in it at all so I think I'm ready for more. Takes my mind off of things and gets me the hell away from here.

Other than that, not too much else. Jordan wants to go see the Mummy movie.

Seiki, yea McD's sucks ass. I worked there when I was 19. I'll never work fast food again as long as I live, even if I am desperate for a job. I'll work out in the heat holding the stop sign at a construction site first.

That sounds like fun. I haven't been to a show in a couple of months now. Live music is awesome, especially when it's in a small venue. :D I'm sure you'll have a rip roarin' good time. XD And yes, getting you away from here is also a huge bonus. :) At least you did get in some hiatus time, right? Maybe just a tiny bit? XD

Gosh..these threads are so on the go it's hard to keep a conversation going for very long.
I hope you're all doing well.
I know I am. I don't have work today so I'm spending it working on other things.

Well it was 260 after taxes, but yeah, it sucks hard haha. And I'm looking, but Arizona is one of the worst states with the recession right now, so it's not easy >>

And yeah, she's cool like that. She actually told me that I didn't need to pay her back for it, but I always feel guilty when she buys me expensive things and I can't do anything to show my gratitude for it, so I made her accept my offer to pay her back for it in full even if she was against it at first.

I was actually thinking that I would sell the Gateway once it was "fixed" by Gateway and then let someone else deal with the whole drama of it if it breaks again. Then I could give my parents their money back or whatever. Give it to my grandmother for the Mac or something. Or go buy my brother a laptop from Walmart. Just one of those cheap ones. I really don't know. There's so many options that I could choose from in determining what I should do with it.

Eroy, it's going pretty good. Watching Sweeny Todd <3 xD Spending what little time I have free for the day on Menewsha to earn stars or tokens or whatever while I can before I have to go to work.

Seiki: you make more than me. I work at a library...get paid 7.25 an hour, but only get 16 - 20 hours a week but get paid once a month. I get like 3oo something for the whole month...so it kind of sucks. I need to find a better job. *sigh* I guess I'm just procrastinating too much.

Dude, it gets even worse xD That's 45 hours for two weeks. I get so much time off because this particular store has so many employees as they're training about 35 people to go to a new store that's opening in September (me included) that they don't give out enough hours to make it worth anything.

And yeah, I had to do that whole thing in describing her as a credit card company that I'm taking a loan from and I'll do payments and stuff xD She said she would only accept the amount that the computer costs back though, no interest xD I was all, "I wasn't going to pay interest anyways ; D" xD

No, just regular training like they do at all stores. They're hiring people for the new store and working them at the one that I'm at now so that when the new one opens, they'll know what they're doing and such.

And thinking about money has gotten me really down now. I can't handle all the things I need to handle with what little I'm getting at the moment. I can't do it, especially with the size of my car payment. I need a new job soon, but its just not working out that easily.
