Yeah, its a bit hard to work with. I've had fun with it so far, though. :)
I was going to add some of the peacock regalia stuff, but I decided not to. I didn't want to make it too busy looking.

I think you do need something with the gold and green along the tail.. somehow.
Not sure how you can get it there, but the tail... to me ...looks a wee bit imbalanced colorwise. Themewise, it looks fine though.

I think that confetti would not really fit Suona's theme. It would look good colorwise, but not for the theme at all.
Though the fireflies are definitely a good idea.
