Kindly bear with me; it may take me some extra time to get out the November gifts because I am in the middle of moving. My bed, desk, and dresser are all in a motel room at the moment while my collection of books and never-ending odds and ends are still in this room (along with the bed and some of the furniture that came with the room). I am, literally, rather scattered.

Sorry I haven't had time to post much >_< Work has been a killer and I had to force my boyfriend into watching Sweeney Todd since he never saw it before.
What is everyone doing tomorrow for Halloween?

Sweeney Todd was an interesting movie.

It is actually my favorite musical. Plus, it helps with my Johnny Depp obsession I have been having for 8years now. Twas love at first sight for me and my Johnny ♥ And I'm not like those girls who liked him after he did Pirates, I liked him in Edward Scissorhands first ^^

I'm going trick-or-treating with my niece and sister and mother and forcing my boyfriend to tag along since he has nothing better to do lol

Pirates era fangirls killed any love I might have had for Depp. :stare:
But I don't hold that against the movies that he plays a role in and I do my best to judge each movie on its' own merits. That being said, I didn't think that Sweeney Todd was brilliant or anything like but I did think it was a lot of fun to watch. It's not a big deal to me that it wasn't very thought provoking because it never promised to be anything other than fun to watch. *shrugs*

I think Sweeny Todd is one of my favorites because of the dementedness of it

I enjoy it because of the irony of Sweeney Todd's predicament and how everything comes to a conclusion.

I despise the Pirate fangirls, it makes me not want to watch those movies. And I liked the original Sweeney Todd musical as well as the Tim Burton version. I find it horrid though that back when Sweeney Todd was a Penny Story [around the time before Jack The Ripper], the parent's would tell there children if they misbehaved they would be sent to Sweeney Todd's shop. People were a bit gruesome back then.
