Lexera shook her head as the viewing room began to clear out. "aw peace and quiet."
she began to do her day chores even though she should really head to bed. "who needs sleep anyways. She began cleaning out a few cages, sweeping and feeding the small portions that they were aloud.
after a while she sat herself outside under a tree, she wondered if she was a good time to try and run away, looking around she could see no one, so she starting trying to get the shackles around her wrists and ankles off.

Aya's attention was fully on Marrock and Nuvy now. She watched as he took her away from the slave area. "So... He has a slave now." She had a bad feeling in her gut about this combination they Nuvy seemed to act more under control around him. "Wonder how long that'll last she mumbled."

Leaving the room she was surprised to find Lexera under a tree in a part of the castle that had been their greenroom or some sorts. Seeing what the elf was doing she rushed over and exclaimed. "Lexera! What are you doing?!" She knelt in front of the slave and grabbed her hands in a gentle yet firm grip.

*~*~* STILL FLASHBACK*~*~*
Adia smiled kindly at Sikura, in a low voice she said, "I don't think either of us will have to worry about her for long." Leaving it at that, she walked back to the viewing room with her new companion. ((END FLASHBACK??? is that okay?))

He had paid close attention to everything she said. He had read pretty much the same thing on the slave information but it was good to hear it. It seemed she was neither being boastful or lying. The ability with shadows was interesting and could be useful. On the other hand if they developed anymore they could become troublesome. However, the fact that she could spread sickness elated him. He gave one of his eerie smiles and said, "Excellent, I think all of your abilities, including your desise one, are all wonderful. You please me very much so far Nuvy."


Marrock noticed her eyeing the food and figured she was most likely starving. They made sure to feed the slaves waiting to be sold as little as possible. He made a gesture with his hand toward the food and said to her, "You may eat what you like." Because she was a hybrid he was interested also in seeing how much she could consume in a normal sitting. "Do you prefer meat or plants?" he asked as an after thought.


Vaynel left the room and headed back to the slave area. He was looking for someone to give him information. He noticed the elf Lexera from before and approached her. As he come up he realized she was fiddling with her shackles. Well it was no business of his. He asked her, "Where is the slave bathing area?"

((That's fine.))
Sikura closed her eyes as she saw that Nuvy's cage was no empty. Her face turned back to it's cold, blank neutral position as she looked at Vincent. She kicked his boot and waited for a response before doing it again.

"Hey, we have a problem." This tone was unhappy, cold, and a low growl.

"OUCH! what was that for" he glared at Sikura "well nice to see that you haven't changed!"
Vincent frowned. "a problem you say? why? i dont see a problem, after all i made a lot of money." he grinned at her, but it faded. "OHHHHHHH you wanted her." he tsked at her and shook his head.

Lexera froze. "i...i was trying to loosen then, my wrists hurt see" she told Aya as she slid the shackle up her wrist alittle to show an almost bleeding wound. "it hurts, so i just thought that it ...would be better to loosen it." tears started to form in her eyes. Why do i have to be stopped every time she thought.
"Adia why? why am i here, why?" tears spread down her face and her head sunk.
Vaynel soon joined them, but Lexera couldn't quiet speak yet.

((No, it's Adia and. . . wait, what? **thinks** no, I think Adia and Sikura are in the viewing room, and just saw Marrock and Nuvy leave, and Vaynel is talking to Lexera about where to bathe b/c Adia said he could.))

EDIT: (( Lexera is in the viewing room, too, though. But Adia and Sikura are not speaking to her. Perhaps the room is L shaped and they don't see each other, thus Lexera's risky move of trying to undo her chains??????))

EDIT OF EDIT2: ((Aya went up to Lexera around the same time Vaynel did. Adia was with Sikura and isn't with Lexera. And perhaps Vexous meant "Aya," not "Adia". That's what happened. . . for real this time.)) Again, no big.

((I thought Aya was talking to Lexera was under a tree in the courtyard. Sikura is now seperated from Adia. And Vanyel is talking to Lexera as well. Nuvy and Marrock are in his room. Sikura is near Nuvy's old crate talking to Vincent.))

Her eyes closed as she kicked him again and scowled. "That little bacteria Nuvy attacked Adia and insulted me." Sikura said as she crossed her arms and looked at Vincent. "And as head of the castle shouldn't you do something about that?"

The smile that Marrock had made was something classified as awkward in her book. She couldn't help as the small giggle escaped her lips she cut herself short and replaced her amused expression with a more stern look trying to smile the giggle. Glad that she had impressed him with her abilities rather than disappointing him she gave him a quizzical look. "Does he have a plan for me?" She pondered her head tilting to one side like a child as she continued to stare at him.

When she was granted permission to eat her eyes instantly jumped back over to the table where her eyes again dilated, a growl emitted from her stomach exclaiming that it was hungry. Quickly she moved over to where the food sat, she grabbed hold of a large mango. Her eyes upon it as she turned it this way and that before answering his last question, "I prefer fruit and vegetables mainly, though once in awhile I need to eat meat..." Her eyes went back to his. "Human. Meat." She added her eyes flickered to a human slave that entered to place water and some wine onto Marrock's table. She wasn't one who had acquired tastes to animals those she preferred to leave alone.

Biting into the mango whole she chewed in delight, the juices from the thing ran down her chin as she devoured it. Licking her fingers idly she looked over the rest of the fruit deciding what she would next eat, she could eat much but needed to pace herself.

((when this is figured out tell me what Vaynel is doing o.O ))

Nichole trips slightly as she stares wide eyed at the castle around her, her mouth was slightly open and she looks at the man bringing her inside. The man looks down at her coldly and shakes his big head, "honestly dont be too excited i dont know if your going to be wanted here either" his eyes soften alittle but then return to their normal coldness. Nichole sighs, "If i am wanted here it will be a suprise" she said quietly her ears drooped alittle and her tail dragged behind her.

((Well, when I checked last Vaynel was speaking to going up to Lexera - who was in the viewing room - asking where to bathe, but I DO remember reading that somehow Lexera was in the garden. I think someone thought she was still outside burying the slaves. If we just move both scenes into the viewing room than all involved parties should be good. . .I think. But the last time Adia was with Vaynel, she said that he could bathe and went to the viewing room w/o him.))

"Marrock's got her now, he'll dish out what eva... no he'll just dish it out" he told her with a laugh, he lowered his voice, "he likes to pull things apart ya know." he shivered a little
"and stop kicking me women what did i eva do to you....wait dont answer that!" He tried focusing a smile but lets just say it looked really focused. "is Adia okay, she's the little Vamp right?" he was hoping his bad attempt at changing the subject would work.

"oh look a new one, aww she's a kitty! quick quick to the examining room!"

((okay Lexera is outside of the castle, just clearing that up and i edited my post to show that Vaynel was there, but i'm going by the fact that Aya got to me first.......))

Aya took pity upon the poor elf. Her body had react as if struck as she saw the marks that were left on Lexera's wrists. "Lexera..." She said softly. "Please do not lie to me." She touched her face lightly with her hand before taking one of wrists gently. "Let me fix this, please?" She said as she closed her eyes and concentrated on healing them. She felt warmth flow from her body and encompass her hands touching the wounds as she willed them close and the skin anew.
Letting out a sigh she opened her eyes and looked at Lexera once more before stroking her hair back from her face. It was then she noticed Vaynel standing there, her eyes went to his as she offered a small smile. "Hello Vaynel. Is Adia alright? I heard about what had happened." She sighed again.

Sikura sighed as she nodded and looked at him. "Yes, she's fine. I rattled her but with her being a vampire. I don't think she will easily forgive." Her went to Vincent as he made that stupid face at her. "What kind of expression is that?" She asked as she closed her eyes.

The new arrival caused Vincent to leave so she also left towards her chambers. Sikura was like the new outcast, she guessed. It seemed everyone had there place. Her eyes closed as she sighed and walked into her room.

Nicholes eyes widened and she trotted over to where the person was telling her to go. "Um whats an examining room for?" she asked her left ear raised ever so slightly. She picked at her dress hoping she wouldnt be turned away again.

((Thank you mwah! Again you flatter me. :hug: I love how Adia is developing along. Hopefully she and Aya can become closer as well at one point.

Lexera flinched as Aya went to touch her, but was surprised when she was gentle. "i dont like being here, i want to go home, i have all my loved ones waiting for me, i miss them." she mumbled. She let Aya heal her. "um Thankyou"
she whipped the tears from her eyes and went to stand up. "i should properly get back to work." she told Aya and Vaynel, "if you'd like to bath yourself i'll show you where we all go." she told Vaynel.

Vincent laughed nervously "hmmmmmmmmmmmm nothing it's a smile, ya know what happy people do." He bit his bottom lip. "good to hear she didn't get hurt, she'll be staying from now on to afterall."
he continued to run off towards the new attention to the family.
"not to worry little one, they just poke you and other stuffs, stick a couple of collars on ya and your all set to be sold!"
