I'm in school to get the job I want. I'm gonna be one poor poor person.
Hopefully my boyfriend becomes a teacher and we can (kinda) live off his paychecks. Of course, I'd find other work, too. :3

Graphic design is a pretty cool profession actually Neller. What kinda teacher does your guy want to be?

He wants to be a history teacher. More specifically, an American history teacher.
It's not hard to find a job as a graphic designer. But getting paid well is a different story. All of my professors had side jobs while they worked in the design field. :3

Yep, but it's easier to find a job with that than...Ooohhh, say..An art degree ;)

I have two degrees, one to flip burgers with and one to pay the bills with.

i got my BA in communications and i work in social work :lol: i have never had a job with what i went to school for, although, i'd never have been able to have my social work job without a four year degree so it worked out

My BFA...Well...It earned me the ability to flip burgers at a slightly higher pay scale...and I recently used it to pixel ;)
