Well, the picture is actually my boyfriend's family's cat. I've liked her since I met her a couple years ago. When I met him almost 5.5 yrs ago, they actually had her mother (Caress) and it was the first time I had seen a Cornish Rex and I'm not used to cats that looked like that. So, her mother kind of creeped me out with the alien head :P Though she grew on me quickly. Then they got Twiggy a couple of years ago and I liked her since day one. She actually was an extreme case rescue. Her owners before Mike's family took her into the vet (which is funny, it was this vet his dad helps out) because they wanted to put her down for a stupid reason. The vet called Mike's dad about it because she looked like a mix between Caress and another Cornish Rex (long story short, she breeds them for show) and is 99% chance of being one of their kittens. So, his dad rescued her from being put down. Originally he claimed they would hold on to her till they found a home. We all knew that she would be staying.
She's a sweet cat. Very vocal too. She gets happy when I come over to hang out. :)

Spoke with my man just now. He's happy the trip is almost over and that he can come home. He also apologized for a 'man-joke' thinking I would find it sexist. I laughed my ass off, to his and his mate's surprise.
He did break his promise though.
