I have been fine. How have you been doing?

It's a nice day here in Texas. We had rain yesterday, but today turned into a sunny day this afternoon!

I've been good. It's not too bad up here in Western NY. A little chilly, but not much snow.

I think that there has not been a lot of snow in the country this winter.
I have family up in Minnesota, and they said that it has been brown up there for most of the winter.

Yeah. It's strange that we haven't had much snow. It's kind of annoying since my cat is shedding a lot now because it's so warm. But, this is a good winter for my best friend/sister to come home from Ireland. She came home last Tuesday and there was snow and she was happy because she hasn't seen snow in years. Now it's a little warmer so she can get acclimated a bit easier.

Well, I've been busy hanging out with my boyfriend and our friends. My sister is busy with her family. But, I'll be seeing her for the first time sometime this week or next week ^^"

I'm just sitting here being impatient because I have to wait for my acceptance information and FAFSA to get back in a few days before I can really do anything with the grad school.

I'm waiting for my mom to file her taxes so I can put the tax information on mine. Ugh.....

I'm kind of glad I'm an independent student. If I want to I can add my dad's information, but I choose not to now because he's not unemployed.

My dad's almost unemployed. It's why I'm not adding his info.
Yep, I'm a dependant. It both sucks and doesn't at the same time.

I know exactly how you feel. :( I just basically got called lazy for not having taken a job which would have been on weekends for twelve hours a night, across town from where I live.

I was told this by an ex girlfriend. So I broke down and cried. It was fun.

@Glass: :hug: That's mean of her. I can understand you not taking the job. I wouldn't even take it myself because I can't get there.

@Taiyo: I was able to get a good amount for last year because my dad was unemployed and I was his dependent. But, now I'm an independent student so it's optional for me to put his info. But, I didn't since he has a job and I would like to get as much aid as I can because he can't afford to help me and I'm unable to get a job myself. ^^"

I couldn't get aid when I was going to school. :/ Had to stop this semester.

That sucks. Sorry to hear that :/ I know how that feels not getting enough to go back to school. Hopefully you can go back to school soon.
