What happened to the voting o.O it still going on for this week correct??

I thought voting starts Wed around noon (here). Which means a few hours away yet.

I thought it always started around noon. It's only..I think 8am Central.

as for your avatar, i think it looks better with the background and would look even more ivy if you added the ruined buildings.... but that might take away from the outfit as the background would end up being busier then the outfit. it might conflict and what not.
