So I've been touring Washington DC all day. I went with a friend and visited the National Aquarium (it was a little disappointing, but it was cheap so it was ok), and a couple of the lesser Smithsonian museums. Tonight we're doing a night tour on a trolley with our husbands, and tomorrow we're gonna visit the national zoo and try to work in a couple of other small things if we have time.

Our husbands are here for a masters/phd class (something about educational policies in government). So while they're out doing their school-related stuff, she and I are out touring the city. It's pretty fun. ^_^

yes it does help! I downloaded the new MAC today and played with it a bit. And this is kinda the result based on the funds I had at the time...and now I need to play some tetris and make enough gold to enter in the new raffle before it's too late. lol

yeah, i think i played tetris once until i got my daily limit, and for the next two or three days, i kept thinking about falling blocks and fitting them together when i didn't have anything else to distract my thinking. it was really annoying and a little disturbing since i couldn't seem to make myself NOT think about it. lol
