If you have some Chamomile, fennel, ginger, or red raspberry leaf it's a yummy herbal recipes that specifically supports menstruation and eases cramps.

tea helps with cramps and so does cranberry juice. both are diuretics so they will ease the cramps.

i do have to say that i'm lucky that i can log on during work. but it's because today hasn't been that eventful. i couldn't log on that much last week. there were so many clients coming in.
