Tired and cold...And in a slight bit of pain from my back. I need to see a chiropractor badly but cant afford to do so. And military insurance wont cover it. So the area between the base and top of my shoulder blades are unable to crack and making it very uncomfortable to sit up at work.

Ouch.... well that really sucks. You're in the military then?
