Last night I dreampt that the guy and this girl were stalking around my house in the dark with assault rifles like they were trying to break in and so I had a cross between a pellet gun and a .22 with a fat barrel and I was walking around the second story of the house looking out the windows to see what they were doing. Then when I got out on a balcony they started shooting at me so I shot back. I had a reflex sight my rifle and aimed it right at the guy first but it seemed like I kept missing until I finally got him in the head and I knew he was dead. Then I shot at the girl and missed a bunch before hitting her in the side or the chest or arm. Then I was outside on the grass and starting to kind of freak out cause I had just killed a guy and I had no idea how to call the police and say "someone tried to break in, I just killed them" :shock: I remember wanting to use the non emergency line too and then that was all I remember.

@Zephi - Wow that's a bit of time spent over there! Glad to hear you get to go on some R&R! Does being a combat medic mean you're out in the field and not at the base?

oh wow carn! lots of shooting in that dream there. it sounds like something right out of a movie!

um...and now I've totally forgotten my dream. I've had dreams the past few nights, but I forget them in class before I have a chance to write them down!

ooh, I just remember that in my dream last night I was in the backyard at home with my brothers and we were trying to run from some people so we snuck into the place behind the fence (which is always a maze of small empty lots in my dreams) and were running then a group of talking wolves were chasing me and I turned into a wolf to run away...! and it was really weird....

my dream the night before that was on an ancient battlefield...I think.

Lol yes there was! I try really hard to take the time when I wake up to write down the dream I had that night before I get out of bed. I keep a note book with a pen next to my bed but sometimes I feel too lazy to write them down XD. Most of the time if it is a really vivid and memorable dream though I'll just end up remembering it. I still remember a lot of dreams I had when I was 6 years old even.

Talking wolves: Sweet! Reminds me of my wheel of time books in some parts. Is the maze of small empty lots in a lot of your dreams or referenced in other dreams? I get that sometimes where something I dreamed before is incorporated into the current dream I'm having. Sometimes as small as a little detail in a room or sometimes a whole scenario is featured.

I do have some dreams I remember from when I was really little, but I have a harder time remembering dreams now for some reason. some of my dreams are so very detailed though and it saddens me when some of those details are missing when I wake up.

yeah, whenever I dream of my backyard, its always maze-like. My dreams often filled with mazes and getting lost. how odd, I bet it means something but I'm too lazy to figure out what. I think sometimes I dream dreams again and get a deja vu feeling in my dream.

anyways, last night I dreamt that me, wings of writing, and some other friends were at a party with just us and we were going to go out for dinner later. Me and wingsy were on the computer and we all got presents and for some reason I had to unwrap my present virtually on the computer before i could open it for real. the strange thing is that the friend who seemed to be running this party and a central figure in the dream was someone I haven't talked to in years and don't intend to speak to again...

I think I have a dream symbols book somewhere in my library but I haven't looked at it in a quite a while. I usually just use the internet if I'm curious enough. That's always fun getting deja vu in your dreams :P I've had it happen a couple of times.

I hadd this super weird dream but the only part that I can remember from it was that a guy was driving a bus and he was a cop, but he was smuggling illegal narcotic pills in his ear lobe. Yes. His ear lobe. Yes. It was huge and was like the material that stage actors use to make a fake nose or something like play dough. Then I seemed to be the only person who even noticed this guys huge ear lobe until it fell off and drugs went everywhere O_o There was much more weird-ness I'm sure but I just don't remember...

An ear lobe full of narcotics huh? I must say... That is a new one on me. lol but no less weird than some of my dreams I'm sure :P

Bligger blagger flagger!!! I completely forgot my dream from last night :gonk: I remembered it all when I woke up and in the interim I have completely forgotten >.<!!!!! I remember it had some really good parts too! Why can't I remember to write down my dreams in the morning?!?

I've been dreaming about world war 2 a lot for some reason. It has been a theme in like 3 or 4 dreams that I've had recently. I don't actually remem-- Wait! Ok so I dreamed I met two MP's and I wasn't being arrested, AND they were cute, AND we were going on a date for some reason. so one picked me and my bestie up at our hotel in an LMTV that was full of illegal aliens and then we went to play board games. Something like monopoly but there were little colorful triangles and it was on a chinese checkers looking board so.. yeah.. Totally G rated for once. lol

Car- you have some pretty detailed dreams so I'm guessing that you know a lot about weapons then? And to answer your question before that I didn't see (oops!) I do go out but lately I had been staying on the FOB more. But our FOB gets attacked a lot more now so there's a... lot more to do...

Lol Whenever I relate a dream to one of my family members they just groan cause I remember so much detail that it takes like 20 mins to tell the whole thing. It's not always the case but I do tend to dream vividly. I have an amateur to intermediate knowledge of firearms but that doesn't really extend to ammunition and types of rounds.

My dream last night was rather boring. (Except for the part that's not PG-13 :P) I had a bunch of projects outside on my property and had them all set up a certain way and was going about completing them in a particular manner when along comes my dad and starts to mess up my systems of task completion :gonk: There were like 7 cars in our drive way and my sisters was at the back and she needed to leave so I had to move my car (at which point I discovered a large open cavity in under the hood. Like a second trunk even with the engine up in front) and then I moved our old ranch truck over and went on about my business getting ready to pick up piles of debris when I hear the roar of the ranch trucks engine (it's old and kinda loud) and there's my dad backing it up down the driveway to the barn and for some reason I was all frustrated and agitated and like "What are you doing?!? You're messing up all the stuff I'm doing out here!!" and it just went on like that for a short bit before I woke up.

:lol: That's so funny! I'm the same way! I have almost given up telling people about my dreams because half way through they will be like "Are we STILL talking about the SAME dream!?" You know. And when I type it out on here it makes it seem really, really long as well O_O Amazing that they say dreams are only a few seconds long. I don't believe it. As much detail as we dream, HAS to be longer than that!! Has to be.

Well... being shot at and mortared is ok and fine with me. makes time go by faster, and more time to spend with my buddies in the shelters. lol. Unless someone gets hurt, then I get angry, like "How dare they HURT my FRIENDS!?!!? Who do they think they are!?!?!" But it happens, unfortunately :(

I'm not the only one! :XD I actually managed to write one of my dreams down the other day in my dream journal when I woke up and when I was done I was like holy crap, that took 2 whole pages to write down! Really? I hadn't heard that! They seem like they take the whole night long to dream. What an interesting sort of time distortion! :P

Mortars?! K that just sounds scary... Do they literally land in the base and on structures? I hope the shelters are really strong. Are they like concrete bunkers underground? lol well that's always good to spend more time with buddies! Time for one of my weird dreams... It's very simple.

So I'm hanging out with Turkey, Lemon and Button. We're watching some movie about Nazi Zombies. Turkey and I sharing the broken futon in front of the bed, and Lemon and Button on the bed behind us.
Some how I'm *cough* sleeping with Turkey. Button is dead asleep on the bed, and Lemon is three inches tall. Suddenly Turkey stops moving and takes a more protective stance. I look behind and above us onto the bed. Lemon is standing, ready to jump on something, with a spear in his hands. Button is still asleep.
When I look to the TV, the Nazi Zombie Commander is crawling through it.
He looks at Turkey and says something in German, Turkey gets up off the futon, grabs Lemon, and hides behind Button. Then the Commander looks at me and says something else, still speaking German. I have no idea what he said, but I got up from the futon, and when I looked, was dressed in a wedding gown. When I looked up again, I was in Korea. Slowly the white dress I was wearing turned a deep crimson.
The Nazi Zombie held his hand out to me and said something else, I still have no idea what he's saying. I stare at him blankly, and suddenly he grabs my hands, pulling me closer to him, holding me tight against his body. And then he jumps.
He jumped high into the air and was flying. He said to me, this time in English, "Look closely, Jymphoni. This is the world you have made." So I looked around at the world below us. Everything was so small, but I could make out everything, hear anything. Everyone was fighting. It was like God had come and said "Kill your neighbor and you shall be free."
I saw Turkey and Lemon trying to kill Button, and succeed, then turn on each other. My neighbor was attacking his wife, and she was attacking her son.
Then he dropped me.
But I didn't fall. I grew wings, black as pitch. Their awesome spawn saving me from falling.
Again he spoke to me. "You made it, Jymphoni. This beautiful chaos is your creation."

And I woke up.
Sounds like a good story though..

Did anyone see the new CSI Las Vegas last night? The one with the creeeeeppppyyy killer in a latex suit? Well anywho, Guess who was chasing me around in my dreams last night trying to kill me? You guessed it! Him. :gonk: So it started out in this big ass building with a main floor and then 3 more floors that created open balconies around the central part of the building, sorta like a big fancy hotel. There was a joint Physics/Guitar class going on (Physics downstairs, Guitar on the fourth floor) and I was down on the main floor listening to a lecture before I went upstairs for my guitar lesson. In the middle of the lesson there was some guy that was trying to be a badass and making fun of me or something and so I got really mad at him and made him sorry for antagonizing me (there appeared a dent in the wall from where I threw his head against it) After the guitar lesson was over everyone left the upstairs and the doorway out to the elevator was all dark and all of a sudden there appeared the killer from CSI scary as hell! :shock:

So He sees me looking at him and I start running after him to catch him but he darts out the door. So I jump off the balcony and hang by the railing trying to do a swinging bar jump to the floor below me but it's like 15 feet receded underneath the balcony I'm on. So somehow I find myself on the second story balcony railing and end up just dropping the last 20 feet to the ground. Then I turn to a fellow law enforcement guy (apparently I'm a detective now...) and we start running after him. We track him to an abandoned building where there is this old escalator with a trapdoor on the top landing. So we fling it open and there is a strange sorta elevator inside and we're trying to see down inside and figure out how to make it work.

Now I have a flaming ball of something on the end of a rope and I'm dangling it down inside to see better but the flames keep eating at the rope where it's tied to the flaming ball of stuff so I keep swinging it around to get the flames away from the rope. Then my sister calls up to me from the lower landing "swing it back towards the trees! I think I saw something!" (there appeared a line of trees and wilderness to the side of the building) I swing it over towards the trees and like 15 dogs of all shapes and sizes come out of the trees. They were all friendly though.

Then I'm on walking down the line of trees and run into this teenage girl and I realize the killer is after her. So then she goes and jumps down into her house (which is in a building that is part rubble. Everything all around is in part destroyed with piles of rubble) So she jumps into the house through a hole in the middle of a stairway. And as she jumps through I started getting that tingly feeling that someone is watching you and that somethings not right. As soon as she jumps in the killer appears at the top landing so we run downstairs and I grab a golf club and start running back at the killer. I'm swinging the club at him and trying to hit him and then I woke up. Definitely one of my weirder dreams lately!

A few days ago, I dreamed that I was with a boy and a girl that I don't know. We went into this house where it's like a roller coaster outside. We tried to escape for some reason, and went out of the back door, went inside a broken car that used as the roller coaster cart and escaped. Then the people inside the house start shooting at us with guns and dropped bombs on us. O.o

I dreamt some yaoi last night, but I don't remember it.

I had a dream the other night that had a lot of ammunition for guns in it. I kept trying to find the right sized clip that would fit the bullets I had but no matter what clip I picked up I couldn't find one that fit the bullet! >.<! It started getting frustrating...

You dream about weapons a lot? Haha... nice. I think back in the day I used to dream that people were trying to attack me with all sorts of weapons, even some that were not a weapon. I do remember one where after dodging a barrage of arrows that were being shot at me I ended up getting stabbed in the hand with a pen and was going to die from ink poisoning XD There also used to be a lot of wolves and dreams of running away. I don't remember my last dream, and I had just been talking about it in another thread. Awww...

Lol I was dreaming about a lot of weapons there for a bit! I've sorta moved on to dreaming about strange houses lately. Last night It was a mixture of my house and some new house that I had never seen before and everything was darkly lit. Kinda yucky :/

Creepy house dreams? Hmmm... been watching many scary movies lately? hehe.

I've just been having the hardest time remembering my dreams at all lately. I know that I was dreaming last night but all I can remember is that everyoen and everything was moving in slow motion. And then when I woke up my alarm had been going off for 4 minutes straight before i heard it so maybe that's why. Cause I really was moving in slow motion. But it's set to sound like someone playing the guitar so it's almost soothing enough to put you to sleep.

Hey does anyone listen to music when they go to sleep or do you need silence? Which one is more conducice for having dreams I wonder?

I dunno. Thats a good question. I used to play nature type cds when I went to bed when I was in my mid teens. It usually helped me get to sleep. Now a days I don't have anything to play music on besides my computer so I just go to sleep in silence. Well almost silent. I can still hear the water running in my fish tanks but that's soothing too. I'll have to find something to play some songs on for a few nights and see if that changes my dreams at all.

I was back in the states at teh end of september til the middle of october. So... we don't get to go back again until we are done and that's at the end of January/begining of Feb. No dates are set in stone here. :lol:

I was also moving in slow motion. I do hate those dreams where I try to run but I usually end up runing like a gorilla and that fixes it somehow... except for last night.

I was just saying how I didn't remember my dream and then last night, I wish that I didn't remember it. I don't like the kind of dream that I had. It even started out weird and would NOT end.

I was walking in Atlanta with one of my friends when all of a sudden I see two guys with RPG launchers running down the street at us. I yell for us to get down and see them launch them, but the rockets are flying in slow motion, one lands past us but behind a wall and the next goes way up the street and hits a building. I jump up and can't run so I think how to spell "elephant" and I can magically run again.
Then I'm hiding from the guys and at my old old house in North Carolina. My mom is there as well and then the people break into the house. I don't know them but they are looking for us. My mom tells me to hide in teh closet and then the guys burst in with .nine mils and shoot her til the clip runs out. All of a sudden I have a nine mil as well and I know that I have 5 rounds. I jump up to chase after them but then my mom says something to me. I forgot what she says but now I'm out for vengeance. I go to leave the room and draw my weapon on someone in the house, it turns out to be my aunt (I don't know why but when something bad happens in my dream this aunt is always around). She says that the guys ran out and she alrady called the police. When the police come I tell them what happens then I run out.
Then I'm on the bus and trying to talk to my friend Manny Lawson for some help but there is a chick who was an accomplice to teh people that broek in my house so I'm trying to tell him without giving too much away. HE says that he'll be over to my house later and gets off. I play off like I was hittig on him or something.
Next thing I know the cops have all the people who had anything to do with it arrested and standing in front of a firing squad. Then I say that I should get to fire the first shot because they killed my mom. One guy says ok and hands me this ancient pistol that uses gun powder and stuff. I try firing but the bullets bounce off the people not even hurting them. And the bullets fly in slow motion too. So the guy takes the gun back and then they are executed.
Then I'm standing by some humvees trying to tell Matt about the dream that I had because we hung out in Atlanta together and all he's interested in is looking at the humvees and trying to convince me that the hood looks like a corvette. ><;;

I usually can't sleep when I have music playing. But Maybe I will try to put something on tonight and see what happens. :D

So last night... I dreamed that my girlfriend was the captain of steampunk airship. I dunno what my role was on the ship, but in the dream, I cheated on my girlfriend with the pilot. And then I found out that the pilot WAS my girlfriend. Or my girlfriend's clone. Or something. So it was alright.


I also earlier had a dream that I had sex with this one dude... and it was just unappealing and sticky.
