As they went into Lena's office, Layla started to worry about Alice. "Do you know where Alice is? Wasn't she suppose to be in the hall near the break room?" She said in a concerned voice.

"I'll look for her." Alec said as he left the office and walked down the hall, following her scent to Dexter's office. He knocked on the door in a way that Dexter knew it was him.

"I see. Be more careful next time." Dexter said as he heard a knock. "Come in." He said as Alec walked in and close the door.

"Everyone is ready to go, but there are certain doctors in the break room." Alec said calmly.

"I know." Dexter replied. He would prefer the patients to stay, but he did not want them to be near certain doctors because of their lack of concern towards them. He knew that it would be best of they leave. He just needed to play his cards right to make sure that his worst fears won't come true. "Take Alice to the others. I'll try to think of something."

Alec nodded and took Alice to Lena's office.

Cassie stood outside of the break room drinking coffee. she would have to help them get out. She knew she would get in big trouble for it but she didnt care.

Andrew smiled and said "Hopefully one that can get rid of the five senses", he placed his folder on the table and looked at Ciaran.

Alice walked into Lena's office and looked around seeing all her close friends and then sat in a chair and looked at the ground.

Ciaran looked intrigued for a moment. “I might very well be interested in helping with that.” He pondered the idea as he ate the bowl of fruit he had gotten out of the fridge. Those kinds of experiments normally weren’t his style, but he could always make an exception. It would mostly depend on which patient Andrew had selected for the experiment. “Who will the patient be?”

Lena smiled at Alice. “Everything ok Alice?” She walked over to the girl and placed a hand on her shoulder. “We’ll be out of here soon.”

Stella sat on the floor. “If I leave this place does that mean I’ll get to have parents,” she asked out of the blue. She was still confused about the whole concept of leaving the place that had been her home since she was born. It kind of scared her when she thought about living in a world she wasn’t familiar with.

"my parents think im dead. all of ours do. What do you think they will do if we just show up on the door step," kelsey asked.

Alice looked up and smiled saying "Nothing really it was just a close call", she looked over at Kelsey and said "I don't think that my parents would believe that, so I will ask my parents if you guys can live with me".

"Ok," she said. She hugged alice and smiled.

Dexter knew he was risking a lot by helping the patients escape, but he really did not like half of the staff, especially Kyoko and Jason. Kyoko was a psychopath, and Jason was a pervert. There were others he did not like either because of the kind of experiments they did. Of course, we was guilty of doing experiments as well, but at least, he was humane about it. Also, he hid his disgust very well, and he could use that to his advantage. After a while, he walked back to the break room and washed his mug in the sink.

Lena smiled at Kelsey. “If Alice’s family won’t take you in then I’ll adopt you and Stella. As for Layla and Alec I’m sure that Dexter has already made preparations for you to. Alright guys I need to go do something and then I’ll be right back.” She didn’t want Cassie to get in trouble for helping with the escape so she would get the doctors out of the break room. Or at least that is what her plan was as she headed down the hall towards the break room. “Hello Cassie.”

Stella was confused a little by the conversation so she stayed quiet until after Lena left. “I would like to live with Kelsey and Alice, but I’d also like to live with Lena.” She rocked back and forth out of boredom. In the back of her mind Crystal was talking to her again. Telling her things about how they can’t leave yet. They needed to get their revenge first.

Alice watched as Lena left then looked back at Kelsey and said "I hope that no one gets hurt in this".

"Me too," kelsey said.

"Hello lena how is everyone. if andrew and ciaran would come out they could go," she whispered.

After he was done washing the mug, Dexter put it away. Then, he turned to the others and noticed that Lena had entered the room. Now, how was they going to get Ciaran and Andrew out of there. He really did not know at the moment. He thought for a moment and a grin grew on his face. He went over to Ciaran and Andrew's table and sat with them. "How would you like to help me with an experiment? I know I really let anyone near Alec and Layla, but I think you might like this one."

Andrew looked at Ciaran and then said "I think the girl would be a good patient", when Dexter came into the room he looked at him and then back at the file on the table. Then when Dexter asked if they would like to help him on one of his experiments he picked up his file and said "Sorry but I am about to start one of my own".

“Everyone is fine Cassie and eager to get out of here. I was thinking of a way to get those two out of there.” Lena spoke quietly to Cassie. She had a few different ideas on how to get the doctors out of the break room, but wasn’t sure any of them would work very well.

Ciaran almost laughed. This had to be some kind of joke. First he had problems with that new girl, Alice, and a cat. After that he was basically scolded for wanting to do a check up and experiment by both Jiro and Cassie. Now he had two of the other doctors wanting him to help with experiments. “You know I think I’ll just pass on both of the offers. Things have been very strange for me today. So I’ll go about my normal check-ups and experiments for now.” He rose from his seat and went over to the sink to wash his bowl.

"That is all right. I can manage." Dexter replied calmly. It looked like he was going to leave the break room and that is what he wanted. However, he was curious on what he was doing. "What kind of experiment are you planning if I may ask?" He asked curiously.

Andrew looked at Ciaran and said "That's alright" he stood up and then and looked at Dexter and said "Hopefully one that will change a persons out look on life". He turned and then walked out of the break room and then downthe hall to where the rooms were to try and find the girl.

Dexter was interested in what Andrew was planning, but he had other things to do at the moment. One was out of the room, now he needed to get the other one. Ciaran mentioned about his own plans and was washing his bowl, so he might be leaving soon. He sat there and waited to see what Ciaran was going to do next.

Alice looked around the room and then said "Maybe we should stay for one more day, it was a really close call earlier" she paused then said "I don't really don't want anyone to get caught".

Ciaran left his bowl to dry in the sink. “I’ll talk to you later Dexter. Now I must find Stella. She is overdue for her check-up.” He walked out of the break room, but stopped to talk to Lena. “Hello Lena,” he said smoothly with a smile. “Did you happen to find Stella for me?” He was disappointed when Lena told him no and that she had reports to do in her office. “Well I’ll come with you then. I don’t have anything else to do.” For some reason he was being awful nice to Lena. He looked disappointed when she just said goodbye and left in a hurry. “What’s her problem…damn what is everyone’s problem today?”

“Hello Ciaran. No I haven’t seen Stella. I’d look for her, but I need to work on my reports.” Lena replied. She smiled in return before telling both of the doctors, “I will see you later.” Quickly she made her way back down the hall to her office. On her way she passed Andrew. Once in her office she locked the door. “Everyone hide now. It will just be for a bit then we’ll get out of the place for good.” Even though she was rushed she spoke quietly. Now she would leave the rest to Cassie.

Alice looked at Lena and said "Are you sure?" she looked around the room and then said "Nobody can get hurt", she sat back down in the chair and looked at the ground.

Andrew looked at Lena as she passed and walked up to her door and knocked saying "Hey Lena are you alright?"

Kelsey hid under the bed. She didnt notice her tail sticking out of the bed.

Lena composed herself before answering Andrew. “Yeah, I’m just running behind on my reports. Plus after I’m done with this Ciaran wants me to help him with Stella’s check-up. So I’m just in a hurry to get things done.” She kept calm as she spoke through the door. She wanted to give everyone plenty of time to get into hiding.

Stella crawled under Lena’s desk and sat down.

Alice looked up at the door and then back at Lena and then hid behind a filing cabinet.
