Ah, well... The art for one is like dough and isn't strong enough. There is a lot of boom boom boom with moving to each panel, that's okay. But the romance isn't strong enough and yeah. xD

Full Moon???
Is that the one where the guy turns into a Female in the Moonlight and is a guy by day? I also didn't like that one either. The "going both ways" thing irritates me. Unless it's a drama about past loves that turn out to be psychotic monopolizing looney tunes trying to destroy a new relationship, then I don't really want one about having both genders.

The art and story get way better as the story progresses! And how is the romance not strong enough!? You want it to be romance manga? I like that it concentrates on murder and crimes and stuff and the romance is on the side.
It's the sequel to Until The Full Moon. How can going both ways irritate you? I don't really know what you mean by that.
The only thing that irritates me is that everyone is mostly fixated on Marlo's female form, but I guess it's because it's a shoujo manga and not a shonen-ai manga.
