Yes and no. Saad is SUPER chill but it's also from Canada (born and raised here). He said his aunts and uncles who still live in the middle east are a bit more intense. Still super chill in comparison to other religions (according to him), but more more intense than him haha.

Almost all religions depend on the person imo. Some people are like super intense and into it, some are so so into it and some just believe in that religion and that's it lol

it's fine to be passionate about your religion, but when force your beliefs on other people, it bugs me. ><;; my aunt did that. She wanted me to be Christan, like her. Got me and a bible and was saying things like "I don't want her growing up ignorant!". ._. I actually tried reading the bible she got me, but...I really couldn't pay attention to it. I'm going to be blunt here, it was boring. it didn't even make sense to me, the way it was written. >__>

Haha I totally feel ya. I'm the same way. I'm cool with every religion and everyones amount of religious beliefs. Heck I think religion (all of them) are SUPER interesting. But if someone is going to force it down my throat and shun me for how I am, I can't deal with that.

My mom doesn't like that I'm agnostic. She says that I use the term "Oh my God" so I must believe. I stopped using that term LOL She jokes and laughs but I can tell it bugs her a bit.

There was this particular branch of Christian that goes around distributing pamphlets. If they just give me, I am fine. If they try to convince me, I will convince them to be Buddhist or any other religion. XD

The last time a mormon came to my door I had a wonderful time. I invited him in and he told me about the religion and I said I wasn't religious and he very gently was trying to talk me into it. So then I started asking him about drinking and sex and swearing. I was explaining how I really enjoy sex, multiple times a day and with multiple people (that last bit being untrue). He went super red and I never had a mormon come to my door again.

It was a delightful time!

People should just accept that not everyone thinks the same way. Honestly, it makes it more interesting for people to think differently and have different beliefs. So why have everyone think and believe the same thing?

I hope she accept it eventually. it's sad that she doesn't like it, but you're her daughter. you thinking differently will never change that. And I say "Oh my gawd" all the time. And "jesus". Ineedtogetoutofthehabbit

BWHAHA. Definitely not embarrassed! I was more so referring to many partners throughout lifetime. But if we're talking threesomes here, I've had my fair share XD Gotta love dating a man and being loved by a woman. ANYWAYS, moving along.

Haha I used to say things like that ALL the time, but I stopped to prove my point to her. She's TOTALLY fine that I'm into both men and women, she's cool that I don't want kids and stuff...she just feels like if you have something to believe in during the hard times, it will keep you sane. I told her I'm already insane not to worry. Heaven doesn't want me and hell's afraid I'll take over. That always makes her laugh. My mom and I are tight, I love that woman.
