Yes, I almost always use this tone. The only times I don't is when I'm doing an avi cosplay or making a specific entry for an avatar contest (I changed my skin tone a lot for Project Mene). Otherwise I use this one.

This is an updated version of my fall harvest avi. It's really out of season right now but I had to use this scarf because it's aaaawesome~

I need to work on making a decent spring avi. I have one for St. Pat's but not really anything for April or May.

Though where I live there's barely any difference in the seasons 9_9

Wow, you have outfits memorized? That's amazing. Most of mine are spur of the moment.

I don't get new commons very often, so I memorize different configurations. It's the easiest way for me to remember what commons I do have, so that when a new CI comes out I can adapt a new outfit to it rather easily.

I can never work well with the other skin tones, I read too much manga and now I'm only used to pastel white. xD;; I've tried other skin tones, but they just look weird to me and I have no idea how to work with them. x Ax;;

I can work with white and the lightest skin tone. I've only gone darker for a contest or the avi guide. xDD
I agree that it gives a more exotic feel~

I think I just settled on this one because it matched my first avi well, and I wanted to have some consistent style so I just kept it. Most of the time I just ignore skin color when I make an avi. The only challenging part now is that I rarely use brown tones when designing an avi, and when I do it's usually a tone close to the base I use. I think this one is the only one that's come out well.

The only other avi site I've been on since I kept the same skin AND hair (didn't even change hair styles!). It was really challenging but I don't really use that account anymore. I don't know if I could keep from changing hair on Mene... especially because the styles are free and they're good for helping with color balance, especially now with the color wheels.

I always choose the one that has the lightest skin tone. :XD My avatar in Unlight is sickly pale-grayish. On Gaia, I pretty much stopped with my own original skin tone as soon as I managed to get that contribution item (for what they're called these days...I know they were originally called donation items? something like that....) that was the artistic-thing with the Von Gogh (sp?) background and the completely white skin with the blank eyes.

I prefer the tan/brown skintones usually. I generally find them to be more complementary for most color schemes.

I haven't been in here in a while. :(
