It's not scary, just hard to get into to at first XD

It's not too bad if you're thick-skinned enough to ignore the bitchiness. xD They've got a new forum now, as well, where you can say/do whatever you please (within reason) and it seems to legitimately be nicer in there than anywhere else on the site, in my experience.

Kind of bad when the free-for-all spamfest is a nicer place to spend your time than in the main forums, but hey ho, such is life.

Maybe it is just to find the CORRECT place to start? Some people are mean at one subforum. The other subforum might not be.
