well you talked about pain in your shoulders which sounds muscular. and yes a chiropractor can help if it is being caused by bone but if you dont fix what the muscles are doing its not going to stay fixed.

I think the mage domes should be an outdated thing that has been forgotten in the big city's. the Spell hounds done use them because it is believed they take to much time and the general population is not taught them because it would put the Spell Hounds at a disadvantage.

Welll for a while all I had was my nook and so I had to live with making posts using it and there were times that I had to remimber that throwing it in frustration was not going to help.

Lol....when that happened, I would make the post, copy it then make sure I was still logged in and if not then I did not loose my post when I had to reblog in.

Oh I wish my nook would allow that... granted it was made original to read books. sorry I have been away. I got caught up in Minecraft and am a bit depressed.
