although I listen to a multitude of music, I mostly listen to indie stuff.

Oh! I listen to just about every genre except death metal and classical. I love Latina, techno, alternative rock, pop, hip-hop, some hard rock, even some country, basically anything that sounds nice or I can dance too. I'm a sucker for sexy male voices (Enrique Iglesias, anyone?) or anything with a good beat ;)

I listen to anything from classic rock to heavy rock. I liked the older hip-hop and rap stuff but all of the newer artists shouldnt even be classified as artists because they, in my opinion, have no talent what so ever! The majority of kids at my school listen to them and think theyre awesome but I see no talent in any of the newer "artists". It drives me insane!

Eh, I'm not sure what some of the music I listen to would be classed as (For example, 'Thee Silver Mt Zion Memorial Orchestra And Tra-La-La Band' heh.) but I tend to listen to metal (melodic death/doom etc. mostly for the moment), rap, some rock (classic, amongst other types), industrial, electronica (I think that's the word >.<), Punk, Jazz, some Alternative and Grunge, some music from various other countries that is in a different langiage, as well as Classical at times.

Although the above are my main preferences, I'll listen to pretty much anything that someone has recommended (sp?) to me at least once, and I'm * able to listen to new things without condemning it to be awful from the start heh.
*(Usually - I'm afraid that I won't ever put up with listening to things like 'High School Musical'.)

I get tangled up in genres. I know what I like but I usually have trouble fitting them into catagories. So um...

I don't know. Alternative, 80's Modern Rock, Punk, Indie, Post Punk, Horror Punk, Psychobilly, Industrial, Psychedelic Rock, Space Rock, some Metal, Darkwave, Shoegaze, Geek rock, New Wave, Classical, Piano Rock, some 60s rock, etc.

So pretty much everything, except I don't really like the new "punk" music that is quite plentiful these days, but of course there are always exceptions.

I used to be very closed minded when it came to music. I liked what I liked and there was no getting around it. Nowadays I seem to have a wider range consisting of rock, screamo, metal, pop, pop punk, electronica, r&b and acoustic. (:

Honestly, i like almost type of music. Modern alternative rock is probably my favorite, but I also really like hip hop and rap. I also kinda like some pop and techno-ey kind of music :sweat:. The only genre of music I dont like too much is country, it just bored me :( but thats just me.

Honestly, I love music.. so Ill listen to a lot of things if it appeals to me. I don't really discriminate with what genre it is.

I even listen to French Pop.
