"That's better, and mine's Alia." Alia was slightly frightened by the girl's stare, but didn't show it, and stared right back at her.

Azira held back a laugh as she looked right into the girls stare.
"Now, for my second question, what are you doing here? and what could you possibley want with a dragon?" She said, looking the girl up and down, emphisising her point.

Alia continued to stare until the girl blinked, "That," Alia said with a smirk, "is two questions, and none of your bussiness."

Azira smirked.
"Ohh contrare, it became my buisness when you and little Ms. Slayer over here emerged from the forest." She said, glancing briefly at the slayer.

"Oh really? Then it seam's it's my bussiness to know what your doing here?!" Alia came back quickly

"And that is where you are wrong, unless you happen to live in this villiage?" She said cooly, "but, you're a traveler, so I highly doubt it."

Alia sighed, "Fine, I'll tell you but only if you tell me your story afterwards, deal?" Alia said, holding out her hand

Azira nodded, a sly grin crossing her face.
"Deal" She said, ignoring Alia's hand.

"I'm an adventurer, and she," Alia gestured to Isharia, "is a hunter, we want to kill that dragon, is basically the jist of it."

Azira smiled.
"Well, I'm an adventurer, I saw the smoke and came to investigate." She said simply.

{She'll be back, I'm sure, I think she's on vacation or something}

"Oh, well Azira, what are we going to do now?"

"I don't know what you mean by 'we' but I am going to go find some food." She said, and with that walked past Alia twords the forest.

Alia rolled her eyes, "By we I meant Isharia and I." She started to follow Azira, but stopped when she realized that Isharia wasn't following

Azira walked on into the forest, though not to far from the villiage, she wanted to be able to return easilly. She planned on staying there for the night.

The game in the forest wasn't anywhere to be seen for the dragon has scared them off, so Azira was stuck to gathering berries, nuts, and other easilly abtainable vegitiation. She loaded up one of the pouches on her belt before standing, her large ears flicked one way, then the other. Deciding that there was no imediate danger she began to walk back twords the villiage. The smell of smoke was begining to fade from the air, but it was still there...

Alia stood by the spot that Azira had left by, she didn't think she would leave so soon,she was like to come back after they were gone

Azira remerged a small amount of time later. Ignoring Alia she walked into the villiage. Scanning the ruins she found what she was looking for, a building that was chared, but still intact. She started twords it, picking up a few peices of wood that hadn't been completely burned along the way to the small house. Once inside, she lay the wood in a pile, placeing some tinder underneath it. Takeing out a peice of flint from her pouch and unsheathing her sword she began to strike the flint against her steel blade. It wasn't long untill she had a small fire going, it was growing though, feeding on the wood in the pile. She lay back against one of the more sturdy walls and began to go through the pouch that she had placed the berrys in. Takeing out a few along with a few peices of salted pork she began to eat her 'dinner'.

Alia sighed and sat down on the ground, too tired to do much else, then she curled up and went to sleep.

Azira sighed and leaned back. She was no longer hungry thanks to her measly meal. Pulling her knees up to her chest and laying her head on them she scooted a little closer to her small fire. She never fully sleeped, just went into a state of half consiousness. She could still hear everything going on around her and react with as much speed as if she were awake.

Alia awoke with a start, "Who, wha?" She said before realizing she was talking to herself, then she sighed and lay back down, but it took her awhile to fall asleep this time.
