It is the summer charity event. :) If you click the join the circus banner in my siggy it will take you to the planning thread. :) It has a lot of info on the event. :)

Yeah I have a lot more respect for the event coordinators here... I always knew they worked hard on events but now doing one myself I know how much planning and work go into them first hand. :)
