Sweeney Todd and Sleepy Hollow, definitely. :D

Benny and Joon. I loved it. It got me started with looking for him in other movies.
Edward Scissorhands is second on the list.
Sleepy Hollow was also a good one.
I love his acting in Pirates of the Caribbean. The rest of the movie not so much.

i liked the nightmare before Christmas but any movie he worked with Tim Burton are good and i may be thinking Alice in Wonderland will be one of my favorite movies

Ah...this is tough! He's such an awesome actor...
Well, I guess my all time favorite would be Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl ( the first movie of the POTC series )
I also love him in Sleepy Hollow and Public Enemies!

From what I've seen he also looks cool in Sweeney Todd but I never got to see it! *dies* x_x
I heard it was awesome...I'm gunna have to rent it.
